They have great pricing (available on website, much cheaper than at Apple Store) and you can generally walk in. I would call just to check that they have your part in stock but I would have had to wait two days for an Apple Store appt and I was in within the hour here!”

“I went to ATT at the White Mash location on Sunday , where Emmanuel was the associate working. He was very knowledgeable and did not try to upsell me with any of the iPhones!! I had my iPhone so long and I knew it was time so he took the time to ask what I used the phone for and gave me several different options to choose from. He was able to transfer all of my information into the new iPhone which was a big concern as to why I didn’t want to get a new one. “I needed my phone fixed - Front and back. When I called, she had the parts in stock and said she could get it fixed today. I jumped in my car, took the escalator up and veered right. I was met with a smile and was again reassured it would be fixed today. Sure enough, I was able to pick it up in the guaranteed timeframe. The gentleman who assisted me was equally as pleasant. It’s hard to find good customer service these days but this place does not disappoint!”

“Elijah is a great addition to the AT&T team. We had an issue after coming over to AT&T from Verizon that was more technical in nature. Unfortunately, AT&T has a policy where there were no authorized users can be added for a full month. That meant we were just supposed to Have an unresolved issue for that period of time unless the account holder became available. Elijah was gracious enough to handle the issue for us, give us feedback and insight on what the issue may be, and take time out of dealing with customers in the store. He was patient, knowledgeable, nice, and the store environment was clean, calm, welcoming.”
“I had a great experience at this At&T store. The first time I came in was to ask about activating a phone, and the customer service was excellent and I received a better phone than I had anticipated.
I came back another day with my two kids, and the staff was incredibly patient, even with my busy 4 year old. They were so kind and welcoming to my daughter, helped her pick out her phone, and really made her feel heard- which meant a lot since she is a preteen.

But I went there thinking it was a Metro store.The lady that opened helped me see in my phone that I was at the wrong store and asked if I wanted to switch. We called my previous provider and got the codes to switch me over. She was thorough with everything and although other customers were coming in she was able to wait on them and still work on my switch over she had a problem transferring the apps but her associate came in and assisted with the customers and my phone and was able to get all apps transferred. I was there a little over a week ago and I wish I knew their names
But the two Latino young ladies really impressed me how diligent they are with customers and extremely knowledgeable...
I hope this Boost service is as good as those two young ladies.”

“Its a great store. The staff is really customer oriented and will help you if you're in a tight situation. They're really nice people. All you need to do is ask them and they'll find you some sort of discount. This store is just as good as verizon was to me for customer service years and years ago with my first cell phone and home phone bundle. But Verizon got too expensive for me...although they had great customer service too. I haven't seen the equivalent until the last few years I've been with boost. The store on 25th and Charles street I'd the absolute best store with the best customer service you could ask for in a phone service provider. If you are with metro pcs or t mobile, switch to boost.You won't regret it. They'll even help you with your bill if you can't get the cash together one month..they'll let it go and you'll be a month behind but you gotta tell them before you're service is cut off or their hands are tied. Its still corporate. But this is a small town feeling of a store because they really care about the customers and their satisfaction.”
