I ordered the cake on Saturday needing it for the following Monday in which she was able to make happen. I even had issues with making full payment/deposit prior to pickup, in which she worked with me in allowing full payment on the day of pickup.”

“I love getting BJ's gas but they really need to do something about people holding up line because they don't want to pull up to pump if their gas tank on opposite side of their vehicle. The pump will stretch to fit either side. If they are just sitting I go around and pull up to pump. Waldorf is the only site that has this issue. Capitol Heights even do the right thing.”

If you go into Sam's you will need to open up your purse and give a few extra coins because they have such a wide variety of things available. Not only are their things you would find in a grocery store but there are fresh flowers, furniture, tires and clothes too.I also love their convenient prepared foods. I usually grab a rotisserie chicken with a salad for a quick Friday night dinner. I will say this is the first time I did have to wait in line for it. But it wasn't too long.Of course there is a annual membership fee but I always find a good deal on Groupon.I love Sam's but I have to limit my trips because I always spend way over my budget(in a good way)”

Giving them four stars because they were being lazy with my pizza today. You have to apply the pepperonis everywhere. They missed a couple of slices #EatGoodAndBeHappy”

“I had a mishap when trying to order tires online for my EV. I waited 2 weeks to only discover that my order got canceled. When I called the Brandywine tire center, I was very frustrated, but James was incredibly courteous. Unfortunately, the specific tires for my EV were out of stock and hence the cancelation and yet, James kept on looking for alternatives and going back and forth with specs while honestly detailing advantages and disadvantages of each tire set. We spent around 40 mn over the phone. Talk about dedication and people skills. Working in sales and customer service is one of the hardest jobs out there and this guy nailed his job.”

“Great Sam’s club however the cafe very rarely has vanilla ice cream and brownies. I’m not sure how they run out of vanilla but have chocolate. Knowing vanilla is a more popular choice they should ensure more is available. Sometimes I think the lady just doesn’t want to serve vanilla lol because she has told me they are out and I asked her to double check when she did vanilla ice cream flowed abundantly. I did the same thing another time and the same thing happened. Very strange.i can understand the machine not working but just not wanting to run the vanilla very frequently is odd. Always running out of other items as well and the soda machine is never working. The ice machine is extremely slow and when machine is down they substitute for a canned soda that does not even fill the cup more than halfway. As a paying yearly member I hope they resolve this sooner than later. I see a Costco membership coming very soon because I just live the perk of shipping and ending with a nice treat after.”

“The store itself is okay. My deepest issue is with gas station. First, what is the purpose of the guy sitting inside the enclosure between the pumps? Every time I go there to get gas, there is no organization. The arrows go one way, but people bag in, go around and come in from the the opposite end. It's completely ridiculous. I went today and every pump had cars facing the wrong way. A lot of cars have gas doors on the left side, so instead of waiting, they do all sorts of foolishness. No respect for others. That is why I asked what is the purpose of the gas attendant. He is useless if he cannot control the flow of cars. Once I was there, two people almost got into it because one car drove straight pass the pumps, while another car followed and stopped at the last pump. We'll, the first car drove through to come back the wrong way because his gas tank was on the left side. The guy that was right, did not back down and by the way, another car had pulled behind him. Quite naturally, again, nothing from the gas attendant to provide organization. Please have someone enforce the rules. If not, I will have to go other places, Sams or Costco, where there are no issues. The store itself, I would give a 5. Thanks!!!”
