I had a stuck lug nut on my vehicle I took to 5 other shops 2 of them being the Benz dealership either they couldn’t get it off or said it required more time different tools and a high price. I needed it to be removed so I could get my vehicle serviced before the winter weather. Zik was able to get it off in 30 minutes. Saved me SOOO much money and time and my rim with no damage. I chatted with one of the owners, while I sat in my car, as he patched my tire. He showed me the nail and patched it right in front of me. I was out of there in under 10 minutes.
