My original review was 1 stars because the person I originally worked with in the store was incompetent. But since then I had the pleasure of working with the store manager who did everything in her power to make things right. She was polite, knowledgeable, and fast! (I can not stress enough how her rapidity made all the difference after spending over 6hr via messages with Verizon central customer service.)
I know retail work is hard, and training may not be the best, but I do wish everyone was as good at their job as she was! To her I give 5 stars.
I really suggest not bothering with the central customer service, they're slower than sloths and can't get anything approved, bite the bullet and go into store to get things fixed ...”

“Even though I was there for more than two hours, Kat’s assistance was amazing. Half of the screen of my phone did not work and that challenge did not stop Kat being able to transfer my contacts, photos, notes, etc. Meanwhile, my phone was transferring Kat assisted other customers in their needs.”

“I don't do reviews unless I am upset about a company. But the two Latino young ladies did such a wonderful job for me. It wasn't my intention to leave Metro
But I went there thinking it was a Metro store.The lady that opened helped me see in my phone that I was at the wrong store and asked if I wanted to switch. We called my previous provider and got the codes to switch me over. She was thorough with everything and although other customers were coming in she was able to wait on them and still work on my switch over she had a problem transferring the apps but her associate came in and assisted with the customers and my phone and was able to get all apps transferred. I was there a little over a week ago and I wish I knew their names
But the two Latino young ladies really impressed me how diligent they are with customers and extremely knowledgeable...
I hope this Boost service is as good as those two young ladies.”

Me and my husband came into this store to view different phone plan options.
At other locations like T-Mobile & AT&T they were very pushy when it came time to exploring different phone plans. But here at Verizon, Amon was super helpful (not pushy at all). He gave us our space to make our decisions!
We later came back about a month later to pursue the Unlimited Plus plan. Again, Amon was super helpful, patient and kind. He answered all of our questions, gave us a clear view of what our phone bill would be before hand, showed us many different options. Hands down one of the best retail managers I’ve ever dealt with in years! And in 2024 great managers like Amon are very hard to find. So, I give him and this store a lot of props!
Everyone should definitely look into this location if pursuing Verizon.”

“I bought a mac book from this location in 2020 and did not expect to have to need repairs. my son informed me that his computer would not turn on or charge. of coarse that's the only info my son was able to tell me. first off I did not know the geek squad was still around. I made an appointment online but in the meantime I called people who I knew with apple products and all they could tell me was best buy is going to charge you an arm and a leg. I started to call around and got quotes for other location ( NOT BEST BUY) and was quoted 90.00, 50.00 to 180.00 for a diagnostic test. best buy call center rep informed me that the first 20 mins is free. I went on google and saw only the horrible reviews and did not want to go to this location. I decided I was going in and only allowing them to look at my son's computer for 20 mins and that's it. I was greeted by everyone I encountered. I wish I got the young man's name who helped me but I thought I would see him when I picked up my son's computer. Dustin was so helpful and professional. he told me he would keep me updated before making any repairs. he called me and told me everything was okay with my son's computer and I could pick it up. when I picked up son's computer everyone greeted me once again. James was very nice and informative as well. I am so glad I did not go off of these reviews, I hardly ever write reviews but I hope this will help with anyone who need to visit this location.”
