“When I walked into the Boston Street store yesterday, I had every intention of canceling everything I had just signed up for a few days before because of the errors made by the representative that I met in Walmart. However, Layla was able to help me and although I wasn't eligible for everything your rep had promised and wasn't able to get a new phone on AT&T as he promised, I decided to stay with AT&T regardless, solely because of the knowledge and friendly service provided by Layla. I am disappointed that I will have to wait at least 30 days to get a new phone but grateful Layla was there to help me.”

“I can see that Kendall Biak gets plenty of good reviews. Totally justified. After the first visit I am reassured that for any repair / accessories needs it is the first place to go. Kendall knew within seconds which kind of protective case I need and installed it within minutes. She recommended the item which works great and suits my needs. Let me add that my phone is my work tool + I am doing a lot travelling so the protective cover has to be reliable. This small store has a lot of choice of other items, like for example phone attachment for vehicle. I was purchasing before protective cases and other accessories on internet - not anymore. They may be cheaper, but you do not know exactly what you are getting + installing protective screen was not easy. It needs expertise and experience what Kendall displays. Kendall should be the coach for other cellular stores. Please relate this to Kendall - You are great . Thank you - Margaret H.”

“I don't do reviews unless I am upset about a company. But the two Latino young ladies did such a wonderful job for me. It wasn't my intention to leave Metro
But I went there thinking it was a Metro store.The lady that opened helped me see in my phone that I was at the wrong store and asked if I wanted to switch. We called my previous provider and got the codes to switch me over. She was thorough with everything and although other customers were coming in she was able to wait on them and still work on my switch over she had a problem transferring the apps but her associate came in and assisted with the customers and my phone and was able to get all apps transferred. I was there a little over a week ago and I wish I knew their names
But the two Latino young ladies really impressed me how diligent they are with customers and extremely knowledgeable...
I hope this Boost service is as good as those two young ladies.”
