“I love this store! Can’t say enough good things about them. I have shipped things through them many, many times. All of the staff is super friendly and helpful, polite, kind, and well mannered. They also offer a variety of different services besides shipping. They offer a very reasonably priced notary service, PO boxes, and there’s a xerox machine there to make copies on if you need them. They also have a nice selection of things you might need when mailing something:boxes, bags, pouches, bubble wrap, sharpies, tape…all the things. And they are a return option for Amazon as well. There is rarely a line and when there is, it moves very quickly as there’s typically 2-4 ppl working. I stopped in on Monday to mail a return. There was no line. I was in a s out in 2-3 minutes. Mark assisted me. He has helped me many times when I’ve been in there. He’s always super nice and fun to talk to. Very personable. Ryan was also there packaging things up getting ready to ship out. He has also helped me in the past. I’ve found both to be great guys, very helpful, nice, knowledgeable and good at what they do. I’m very happy to have this store so conveniently located.”
“Jaimini was so helpful today! I went in to send a UPS package but also had a FedEx item I needed to send that was not yet packaged. I asked if they send them (I knew it was a no, but decided I’d ask anyway), instead of just saying “no”, she replied, No “I can package it for you though, if you’d like!” That was what I needed to hear because that was the last thing I felt like doing. I always love this UPS store & so glad it’s my local one. Everyone is always friendly, helpful, and efficient.”

Gentleman at the front greeting customers, he’ll walk you over to your product, great suggestive selling; for example $100+ of ink gets you discounted terms of paper.
Check out clerks are pleasant and patient as well.

“With all the things going around, somehow I end up perfectly on time to be right at close. I thought it was 8, yet it was 7, and that’s how the story goes. And Crichton was so efficient that he helped me micromanage my exact detailed plan. And so while we were in the flow, every single moment, I was instructed on how to physically handwrite the address, I got manila envelopes, I then also wrote each individually, and then as we step-by-step did it like an assembly line, we were able to effortlessly flow one document to the next and then a final payment.
Literally no microsecond of any sort of efficiency was lost, because I was constantly doing a step. It just wasn’t done in bulk. It was more of a flawless, simultaneous effort—bouncing freely between every sort of step. While he was filling out something, I was doing something, and while I was doing something, he was doing something. Because instead of doing it all at once for me and all at once for him, it would have taken a significant amount more time. We did it as an efficient assembly line.
While at the same time, he was able to efficiently empty the mail room and help one other customer and then also help a woman within literally a time span of not even a quarter of a nickel. Literally within probably 6.9 minutes to 7, it was so fast. Very few have this capability.
I don’t understand why 1290 Baydale Drive, Arnold, Maryland doesn’t compensate accelerated methods of efficiency finders, for there are really truly only a few who have mastered the art”
