“I moved to the Silver Spring House in Dec 2023, and after looking at a good number of apartments, at different price points I ended up choosing the Silver Spring House because I love the charm, the trees surrounding the property, large size apartments with plenty of natural sunlight, pet friendly, the quiet, close to public transportation, and its close to DC/Beltway. The property manager makes it a point to address any issues that may arise and the tenants are kept abreast of any changes, etc.Tenants are cordial and friendly. This is a nice old building with plenty of charm. Love it.”

On a moving day, the apartment that we reserved turned out to be unavailable due to a plumbing issue. However, the alternative unit that she offered is better and newly renovated with the same monthly rate, which is a good deal. In addition, it is near the main gate and the maintenance and security are easy to reach any time of the day.”
