They took the time to make him feel comfortable and treated him with genuine care, which means a lot to me as a pet owner. Oreo came home looking great and, most importantly, happy and relaxed.

We actually followed her from her previous place of business because of her care….attention and expertise. 13425 Old Columbia Pike, Silver SpringMy parents took our pets to Fairland Animal Hospital when I was a young girl and I remember my Dad always saying how much he respected Dr. Whall and team for the tender love and care given to our dogs. Now at 63 years of age, I'm taking my pets to the BEST EVER Veterian Hospital around. Recently, my 8 year old Yorkie needed dental surgery and Dr. Andrew Gough was the vet who cleaned and extracted quite a few teeth. When I took her in I was very nervous but after speaking with Dr. Gough he told me exactly what to expect and to not worry. He said, if anything changed he would call me so, prior to surgery he called and explained further .. I was relieved and assured things would be fine. A few hours later I was called to come and pick her up and that she did fine. Let me just say "AMAZING" she was more than fine.. you would never have known she had surgery. I went home with meds and was really thinking she would in pain.. NOT... she was up running around and even ate a little food ( if I let her she would have eaten more).. I can't THANK Dr. Gough and the great team of folks who looked after my fur baby. I'm so pleased, never in the many, many, many years have I or my family been disappointed with the service, care and love. THANK YOU FAIRLAND... THANK YOU DR. GOUGH !!! THANK YOU DR. WHALL FOR HAVING SUCH A GREAT TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS ON BOARD.. WE LOVE YOU ALL...Sweetie, Spice baby, and Sugar :-)

13818 Georgia Ave, Silver SpringI regret not coming here sooner. Many times, I visited this shopping center and saw the vet, but I never went in until my rescue cat, Bigotes, became critically ill. Dr. Ogando—what a blessing to have her as a primary vet! she went above and beyond with Bigotes care. The WHOLE office had been amazing to Bigotes and I. Prices are much better here than other vet offices. I suggested to everyone to stop in here before any other vet office. They are open and Sundays too!!! which is a really wonderful opportunity just in case we need them. No words can describe who grateful I'm with Dr. Ogando and all these Staff. Thanks so much for helping the community I truly appreciate.

She was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly encouraging throughout the entire process. Instead of just “training commands,” she helped me better understand my dog’s behavior and taught us how to communicate in a way that built trust and confidence. The board and train was positive, effective, and tailored to our specific needs. My puppy, Rio was showing some resource guarding tendencies and now he's happy to bring me his treats. It’s clear Janet genuinely cares about the dogs and the people she works with. Rio came home after 2 weeks calmer, happy, and on his way to being the best boy. He was also potty trained at 3.5 months thanks to her help. Janet even went above and beyond and helped me out in a tight spot. She follows up and give ongoing help as needed.
If you’re looking for a trainer who is kind, skilled, and truly believes in building a healthy relationship with your dog through positive reinforcement, I would absolutely recommend her.

This was the second time utilizing their dog sitting services while out of town, and we left them with their hands full with THREE dogs. Marnie was a wonderful instructor who was so kind but also clear and firm in her guidance to us. Each week, it was a jam-packed class of fun exercises that are easy to repeat and practice at home. The classes helped my puppy learn how to be a good dog -- and helped me learn how to train her properly. While the dogs don't play together (it is school, after all!) it was adorable to see the personalities of the other puppies and so helpful to listen to the feedback the instructor gave each of us. I've already enrolled in Family Dog 1 to keep the training going!

I now take her in once a month, and she comes out so clean, soft, pretty, and happy...and I maintain in between. They make my life so much easier. I highly recommend them. To date, I haven't used their boarding, but I've seen it! If needed, I would take her there.

I miss the Japanese bakeries I would frequent often when living in Japan a few years ago, and this one definitely brought back those memories. The interior is cute and on display were a variety of Asian-style baked goods and some minimal seating. I got the ube twist and melon pan. The ube twist was really delicious — I’d highly recommend it. The melon pan was disappointing; I expect a crunchy cookie crust on melon pan and this one was sticky and soft. The bread itself was super plush and soft and amazing, so it would be great if they could improve upon it with a crunchier cookie crust. The bread items were $3-4 each, so not the cheapest, but I was happy to support a local Asian bakery.

I had the veggie burger with the delish sauce slathered in it - was so good! The Urban Fries disappeared so fast I barely remember eating them.
Overall: great food, giant onion rings, and the cheese on the CEO forgot to do its job. We’ll visit again if I am graving gargantuan onion rings.

Nevertheless, it’s a beautiful day and I was in the area so I stopped because I had a taste for a cookie and had always heard about the place.
It made me kind of mad because when I walked in the ambiance as well as the photos of everything had me longing to try more than just one thing. Come on Insomnia…no fair.
So, after coming back to my senses and focused I walked away with just one…I know. You don’t know how hard that was. But, I was proud of myself. Had an opportunity to speak in-depth with the new manager of that store who is really cool and excited about being in this location.
So, lastly for those who have a sweet tooth stop on by and indulge your senses. You won’t be sorry.
Also, for those who indulge in extra curricular activities whether medical or not they stay open late for those cravings as well. Bon Appetit! ?
