“It's a much better branch then most, there is an employee named Heather who is a very nice, professional employee of m&t she was able to help me with my account when no other employee from M&T could. I was about to close my account until she helped me. She's faster then most teller's and very polite and professional. She seemed to have a good understanding of how the account's work.”

Great transition from Sandy Spring to Atlantic, still have to get used to some new app features but everything else is great. It would be nice if there was an ATM at my location to where we didn’t have to get out of our vehicle for security purposes but other than that A++”
“Wanted to put money into a Black-owned bank and love supporting a Baltimore business. So I opened a savings account. Then I moved across country and decided to leave my money here to support locals. Now I'm being charged a fee every month for a dormant account because I'm not actively putting money in or taking out of my savings account. Since I don't live here, I need to close it. Service was great, but I don't want to lose money to support this bank. Make sure you understand the fees before you open your account. Otherwise, great place to bank.”

I go there so much now that I refuse to go to any other branch my kids having an account there my sister have an account. Everybody is awesome there and I wouldn’t ever ever thinking about removing my account from this location. I really love you guys. Please keep up the good work and the professionalism is on fleet.”

“This location is a few blocks up from my job. I rarely go into branches but this one in particular normally provides good service. I've never seen more than about two teller windows open but they are usually pleasant and efficient with my transaction, even the security guard greets you when you enter the building. I've used the ATM several time and have had no issues. Will continue to visit this branch when I need to.”

Tsion made sure my wire instructions were legit she also made sure to educate me on what Bank of America could do for me and she helped me with life plan. “I have had nothing but great interactions with Chase Bank. I do not ask for much, so, I'm very simple to please. But, the staff is always courteous and friendly. When I call customer service, it has been a very pleasurable experience.
I see others comments about poor customer service, and I dont see it. I guess it is subjective. No one is perfect, and the people running this bank are human beings, and fallible, but that does not mean they do not try or care. They have to follow policy, so if your problem is a check not being accepted, there is a reason, and it is not the associates fault.
As I've stated, I dont go in often, as my activities are mostly online, but I have never truely had any discord, and am always greeted warmly by the amazing staff at the Glen Burnie branch, and the incredible customer service when I have a general question for Chase service call center.
They deserve a better rating, not because you had a bad one time experience or did not get your way... but because they are good people, and dont deserve your vitriol because of policy. Please be specific when you post. Running Chase down for their practices is ok, if you feel that way... but running the staff down because they have to perform certain duties or lose their jobs, even when they are gracious and kind to you, is just wrong.

“I am new to TD Bank. I opened a checking account online and downloaded their app. After a couple days I couldn't access most tons on the app so I went to the Essex branch and Jaime assisted me. I had to show my driver's license and she had to request the main office to release my account so I waited a couple days and I still couldn't access anything so I went back and spoke with Jaime again and she said it was suspected identity theft so she had to get on the phone with main office for a good 30 mins and finally got it straightened out I spent in total a good hour with her. The whole time she was very friendly and apologetic with me. They are very compassionate about keeping there customers accounts safe and secure. I will definitely refer other people to TD Bank. Thank you so much Jaime!!”

“Great customer service, I had a problem with my bank card today and Ms.Jackie did an excellent job finding out what the problem was and explaining it to me. The teller was also very helpful. Ms. Jackie paid attention to me when I mentioned I was withdrawing money for my mom, and she asked me if I would like smaller bills, which I didn’t think about, my mom lives in a senior building and having the exact amount of money for things is more convenient and is easier for her to manage.”

I was here for what I had thought was a simple transaction, renewing the annual fee of a safety box. However, the process turned a lot more complicated than I thought and I had two ladies who patiently helped me by consistently brainstorming the best solution. Together, they must have spent about an hour assisting me.
I suspect if I had gone to a different branch, I would’ve been turned away with a “sorry, please call customer service”. I am so glad I came to this branch! I wish I lived closer because it would really reassure me to live close to a Capital One location with these amazing ladies (in my haste, I didn’t at have the opportunity to ask for their names)

However, he didn't know how to set up auto-pay, so he referred me to the bank's customer service phone call. It turned out that the customer service call failed to help me set up auto-pay.”
