“I had no business coming in here, but I did anyway. You never know what you might find to take home to become a part of your collection. That's exactly what I ended up doing here. I immediately went to the housewares section in hopes of finding something for my kitchen area and maybe for the living room area. I had no business doing this, but I wanted to find myself something nice. I browsed and browsed, and after some digging and treasure hunting, I found a few items that I though would suit me quite nice. Much cheaper than finding them at other area stores. I especially enjoy browsing their hidden clearance sections throughout the store. They sometimes have some pretty good items in there, just be sure that they aren't broken being repair. Made my way to pay and out to my vehicle with my new finds and happy with this diversion of a stop.”

“This is the smallest exchange I’ve ever been to but the point of the missing star is that the computer systems are very slow. I went to get my temporary star card printed and it was not the lady’s fault but her computer was extremely slow and she mentioned that this is pretty much always an issue. They have customers trying to purchase items at the desk so having a slow system is not ideal.”

“I can't speak for the actual store, but the customer service over the phone was great. Faith was the name of the employee that helped me and I called about a pair of shoes that were supposed to be delivered there. They were having trouble locating my package, but she went above and beyond to try to find it for me (I.e. looking all over, calling Nordstrom to see if it had gotten delivered there by mistake instead, looking up my tracking info on fedex and sharing with me that info, etc). Annoying that my shoes weren't there when Nordstrom's website said that they were, but it ended up being a mistake on FedEx's end, not Nordstrom Rack's. Faith was incredibly nice and just easy to talk to-- customer service is so unbearable these days that my experience was enough to get on here and write a review. Give Faith a raise!!”
