“I needed my phone fixed - Front and back. When I called, she had the parts in stock and said she could get it fixed today. I jumped in my car, took the escalator up and veered right. I was met with a smile and was again reassured it would be fixed today. Sure enough, I was able to pick it up in the guaranteed timeframe. The gentleman who assisted me was equally as pleasant. It’s hard to find good customer service these days but this place does not disappoint!”

“Update Today May 13th another great encounter at the Pikesville location with Schneider very kind and helpful. Great demeaner........ I purchased a new phone as November/December 2024 as a result of what seemed to be corruption of my then existing phone. I have been a faithful customer for over 40 years. I had the pleasure of receiving service from Usman. He is knowledgeable polite patient thorough and professional. Usman took the time to make sure all of my data was transferred and even assisted with me getting the new phone connected to my car. After approximately 2 weeks the phone started getting extremely hot. I went to the store and unfortunately Usman was not there the two ladies were useless had no idea of what was going on and told me I could call Google. I take many photos and do lots of editing I'm a content creator as well as play games so I thought perhaps it was my usage. 2 to 3 weeks went by I go to the store again 2 more times same problem phone getting hot both times useless 3rd time guy looked at the phone and said it was my usage (same usage as on my previous phone that NEVER got hot) . I told him to note my account that again I came in and left the store. Same situation and phone really whacked out last night March 3 2025. I went to the store this morning and USMAN WAS THERE!!!! He ran diagnostics advised me of something I turned on that should be off gave some information about changes and he ran all my updates. As usual he is pleasant helpful knowledgeable patient and professional. If there is any recognition in place he deserves it. I will now only go in if he is there other than that I will go straight to headquarters I'm that kind of customer. I am sending an email to Verizon Headquarters as well to recognize and compliment Usman on his outstanding service. The only reason not 5 stars is because this is for the store”
“John the GM deserves way more than whatever it is, he is currently making. Polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my individual problem. He helped clean up the mess that Ed at the Boston Street location caused, and it was bad. John even got me wireless internet for my home. I didn't know AT&T offered internet, let alone that I qualified. John was personable and informed me that he is transferring to a Virginia store. What a shame! Thanks so much John!”
“Elijah is a great addition to the AT&T team. We had an issue after coming over to AT&T from Verizon that was more technical in nature. Unfortunately, AT&T has a policy where there were no authorized users can be added for a full month. That meant we were just supposed to Have an unresolved issue for that period of time unless the account holder became available. Elijah was gracious enough to handle the issue for us, give us feedback and insight on what the issue may be, and take time out of dealing with customers in the store. He was patient, knowledgeable, nice, and the store environment was clean, calm, welcoming.”
“I had a great experience at this At&T store. The first time I came in was to ask about activating a phone, and the customer service was excellent and I received a better phone than I had anticipated.
I came back another day with my two kids, and the staff was incredibly patient, even with my busy 4 year old. They were so kind and welcoming to my daughter, helped her pick out her phone, and really made her feel heard- which meant a lot since she is a preteen.
I’m so glad I came into the store after dealing with customer service over the phone. Such a positive experience!”

Sales guy was very Professional, Welcoming, Knowledgeable, Friendly, and Super Helpful...but WATCH the Sales Agents: They Are Very Good @ UPSelling here; you will walk away having spent WAY more $$ than you had intended esp the Accessories !?? With Agent's Diligence, Still managed to find a Budget-Friendly phone with everything my brother needs to game on it, etc. Did receive a Quality Experience & Quality Items too. After getting to the Cricket store to replace it, I also realized that I had left my photo identification in my travel bag. Luzi worked with me to find alternative methods of identification rather than send me away without my phone working. She established my identity and installed and tested the new SIM before returning my phone to me. “Mann oh mann I went thru hell trying to get this phone on I called customer service i came from owing mills all the way to mondawmin mall and the lady was very rude and charged me 20$ for nothing…so I go to METRO PCS ON 4460 W. NORTHERN PKWY 21215 i came in and ELYJHA helped me rite away i mean straight to the problem made a phone call and said wait 7 mins and after that my phone was on and everything was working fine THANK YOU ELYJHA”

Even with the hiccup I had in wanting to add something to my plan they gave me the information needed to resolve this issue. I would recommend this store location to anyone I come across without question. Very good energy and great service, from the store manager to the customer service staff. All across the board great experience. AT & T on York Rd directly next to the Walgreens the Address is not popping up but if your facing the front door of this location you can see the Old Navy across from it.”
