I had already checked the website for the product I was interested in but immediately upon entering a nice associate approached me and just to say hello and ask if I needed any help, she then proceeded to take me right where I needed to go. After checking on the size that I thought I needed, another amazing associate suggested that I size down quite a bit based on his experience with the shoe. His suggestion fit me perfectly and I walked out with a brand new pair of Timberland boots! Sadly often, customer service is lacking but not at this store! Thank you both for your help! “I had an issue with shipping that had nothing to do with ECD. I called them to see if they understood the message from UPS. They immediately wanted to help find a resolution. I mentioned my son had a game and that's why I was following up with them because I saw when I placed the order and when they shipped it. They asked when his game was and then guaranteed he would have it for his game. My order was replaced and sent next day. Top notch customer service. My son LOVES his new stick. He immediately went outside to test it out on his goal.”
