I had already checked the website for the product I was interested in but immediately upon entering a nice associate approached me and just to say hello and ask if I needed any help, she then proceeded to take me right where I needed to go. After checking on the size that I thought I needed, another amazing associate suggested that I size down quite a bit based on his experience with the shoe. His suggestion fit me perfectly and I walked out with a brand new pair of Timberland boots! Sadly often, customer service is lacking but not at this store! Thank you both for your help!
