“I have recently taken my 1986 F150 to AutoCorrect for an AOD transmission shifting issue has had another shop do some work and when I got it back, it was shifting rough. Turn out the other shop had reinstalled the torque cable incorrectly.
The folks at AutoCorrect diagnosed the issue, reinstalled the cable and adjusted fluid level and shifting points.
Then about a month later I had a minor coolant leak that hey corrected.

“I had a great experience getting my tire pressure sensors replaced. From start to finish, the customer service was friendly and professional. Especially J.R. took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done, why it was necessary, and how the sensors work, which I really appreciated.
Also I was provided a detailed price breakdown up front, so there were no surprises, and everything was explained in easy to understand way and my car was ready when promised.

This man is professional yet also personable, patient and kind. He goes out of his way to accommodate you, and makes difficult car situations so much less stressful. I called around 9am, asking if he could squeeze in a state inspection for a car we were coming into town to test-drive. We were coming from Frederick and wanted to have the car inspected and looked over before purchasing. Not only did he squeeze us in, he was able to do so earlier than anticipated. Serge was friendly and agreed to look over the car in general and let us know if he would recommend for purchase, apart from the inspection. He went above and beyond by telling us several things that we would never have known if we had not brought it to him, both good and bad. He did not charge us extra for this personal assessment and even advised us how much to offer on the car we wanted to purchase. Furthermore, this man is PATIENT. I called him back no fewer than 5 times within the hour to ask questions re: tag and title, state inspection report and other things and he remained kind and helpful. Thank you, Serge, for treating us like family and helping us to make a big decision. We are so thankful to have found your shop!”
“Nice dealership with professional staff.
The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of hidden fees, and they also did not match the CarMax trade-in price, even though it was promised to me before I arrived at the dealership. I recently purchased a Honda Pilot from this dealership. As I mentioned, the people were nice—Roman, the salesman, and Jackson from accounting were amazing. There was also a customer service manager who was kind enough to share his contact information with me in case I had any questions or issues with the car.
If you see attractive car prices, don’t get tricked like I did. There is a certification fee of $1,800, and they do not waive it. When I told them I didn’t need any certification or additional warranty, they said the work had already been done on the car, so they could not remove or reduce the fee.
Additionally, before coming to this dealership, I told them I had an approved quote from CarMax and asked if they would match it. They said yes. However, when I arrived, they offered $1,000 less, saying that CarMax does not account for sales tax.
Overall, just be mindful of these items before coming to this dealership.”

“They did a fantastic job on my 2024 F150. I was a little nervous, trying a new body shop, but they were able to get me scheduled for repairs within a week of my initial contact to them. The place my insurance company initially recommended was out almost 2 months. The entire process was smooth as can be. I received my truck exactly 2 weeks after dropping it off, which is the expectation they set initially. I’m very pleased with their services and will certainly use again if I need to.”

“I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and mechanics at High Falcon Auto Service. I received three quotes from three different repair shops and not only did High Falcon Auto Service give me the best price quote and have the highest Google review rating of the three shops, they gave me three price options for the part I needed (#1 the original OEM Toyota Part for my Toyota RAV4, #2 an OEM aftermarket option which is very close to the original part but not a Toyota branded part and #3 a non-branded aftermarket option which was the least expensive option). I chose #2 because it was pretty much the same as the original OEM part without paying the Toyota original part price. Maleny, the young lady who patiently listened to my needs, was thorough enough to give me multiple price options, which I greatly appreciated. Other shops did not give me options. High Falcon called me when the part was in. I came in the next day at 8 am and received a call from the shop at 3:15 pm the same day that my vehicle was ready for pick-up. I appreciate honesty, good communication and genuine smiles and you get that at High Falcon Auto Service. I highly recommend this place !”
