“I have recently taken my 1986 F150 to AutoCorrect for an AOD transmission shifting issue has had another shop do some work and when I got it back, it was shifting rough. Turn out the other shop had reinstalled the torque cable incorrectly.
The folks at AutoCorrect diagnosed the issue, reinstalled the cable and adjusted fluid level and shifting points.
Then about a month later I had a minor coolant leak that hey corrected.

“I had a great experience getting my tire pressure sensors replaced. From start to finish, the customer service was friendly and professional. Especially J.R. took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done, why it was necessary, and how the sensors work, which I really appreciated.
Also I was provided a detailed price breakdown up front, so there were no surprises, and everything was explained in easy to understand way and my car was ready when promised.

This man is professional yet also personable, patient and kind. He goes out of his way to accommodate you, and makes difficult car situations so much less stressful. I called around 9am, asking if he could squeeze in a state inspection for a car we were coming into town to test-drive. We were coming from Frederick and wanted to have the car inspected and looked over before purchasing. Not only did he squeeze us in, he was able to do so earlier than anticipated. Serge was friendly and agreed to look over the car in general and let us know if he would recommend for purchase, apart from the inspection. He went above and beyond by telling us several things that we would never have known if we had not brought it to him, both good and bad. He did not charge us extra for this personal assessment and even advised us how much to offer on the car we wanted to purchase. Furthermore, this man is PATIENT. I called him back no fewer than 5 times within the hour to ask questions re: tag and title, state inspection report and other things and he remained kind and helpful. They swiftly pulled up all there records (which the kept in great order) wrote me a letter with all dates and times needed and filled out all the other paperwork I needed to take care of this. “We had rust repair on our 06 truck and couldnt find too many auto repair shops that tackle that. Greg at G2 did an outstanding job cutting out rust and reshaping the rocker panels. Also, fit new cab corners, and fixed hood dents from hail damage. Paint job was perfection to original!
Greg communicated along the way with pic updates and questions he unexpectedly encountered with issues he found on our older truck.
We are super happy with the job! Go see G2 for auto body, especially rust repair. Price was very fair and per quote.

The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of hidden fees, and they also did not match the CarMax trade-in price, even though it was promised to me before I arrived at the dealership. I recently purchased a Honda Pilot from this dealership. As I mentioned, the people were nice—Roman, the salesman, and Jackson from accounting were amazing. There was also a customer service manager who was kind enough to share his contact information with me in case I had any questions or issues with the car.
If you see attractive car prices, don’t get tricked like I did. There is a certification fee of $1,800, and they do not waive it. When I told them I didn’t need any certification or additional warranty, they said the work had already been done on the car, so they could not remove or reduce the fee.
Additionally, before coming to this dealership, I told them I had an approved quote from CarMax and asked if they would match it. They said yes. However, when I arrived, they offered $1,000 less, saying that CarMax does not account for sales tax.
Overall, just be mindful of these items before coming to this dealership.”

The place my insurance company initially recommended was out almost 2 months. The entire process was smooth as can be. I received my truck exactly 2 weeks after dropping it off, which is the expectation they set initially. I’m very pleased with their services and will certainly use again if I need to.”
