“I went to go renew my passport at around 3:45pm. I was doing it last minute and with no appointment. Walk in hours for passports was 9am-10am. A very kind gentleman by the name of Mr. Pham did my passport renewal anyways. He was incredibly kind and accommodating and saved me a lot of time and energy as I was doing it last minute. He was very helpful.”

Parking is good. If your package has a prepay label, you can skip the line to drop it off. The price is right, and the lines are only really bad at Christmastime.”

“Very nice and professional staff. I had an issue with the package that was supposed to be left at the door but required my signature & permission on a pink form. I left that form on the door, it was taken but the package was not delivered. The Germantown branch, with the help of the customer service , Angel Reid & the mail carrier of that zip code, solved the issue in less than a day. I have been using usps for at least 20 years and had an issue only 2 times and even these 2 times it was resolved in less than a day. Both times with Germantown office. And whenever I do a business inside the branch, everyone is very polite and helpful.”

“Had an exceptionally positive experience with Zaon "Z" Quarles. He was able to locate a missing package that I sent from my business and quickly had it delivered to the proper address. After dealing with so many people on the general customer service line who didnt seem to care in the slightest, I received a call from Z. He completely changed my perspective and made this negative situation into a positive opportunity. He seemed genuine and legitimately wanted to help.If more employees for the US postal service had a positive attitude like Z and were more thorough with customer inquiries, then people would trust USPS way more with their mail/packages.”
“There is an Asian staff member at this post office named Song. I had a UPS package delivered there early Friday morning, but the person who received it didn’t know where it had been placed, and Song, who works at the front desk, couldn’t find it at the time.
Song was very kind and friendly. She explained that the person who had accepted the package had already gone home and wouldn’t be working over the weekend, and she asked me to come back on Monday. She also apologized to me several times.
On Monday morning, as soon as she saw me, she even remembered my name and immediately handed me my package. It was clear that she had kept my situation in mind and helped locate it. I was touched by her professionalism and her warm, friendly attitude toward customers.”
“Every time I’ve stopped at this post office the customer service has been outstanding and the workers are thorough, attentive and helpful. Some days are busy and you need a lot of patience when there only two people behind the counter, but every interaction I’ve had has been wonderful.”
“I use this post office frequently when I am in this area for pre-paid drop-offs. There are multiple self-service kiosks which mean if you are just dropping off pre-paid packages, you can skip the line and scan them in yourself. The staff are always very polite and friendly. I have never had a package lost at this post office and have shipped thousands through it. The only issue is, if you need to work with a clerk for something, lines are often very long.”
“I had to get some passport photos taken for a Canadian passport renewal. I had the pleasure to be assisted by Daryl Clark who was so kind and patient. He really took his time to make sure the photo would be compliant and respect all the rules of the Canadian passport photos per their official website which turned out to be quite the process but he did it all with a smile on his face.
