“This is long overdue. I was on a work trip and last minute noticed I needed access to printing for marketing collateral books. Although they’d already closed for the day, Leslie Klein reopens to let me in and print my collateral. She was so sweet, beyond generous, and didn’t even make me feel I had inconvenienced her. Her husband also came to pick Leslie up with their pup. And we all just got to know each other while working together. Honestly, it’s the warmest interaction I’ve had with stranger in a long time. We even hugged goodbye lol. THANK YOU LESLIE!!!”

“SpeedPro Silver Spring did an excellent job printing my flyers and poster. The finished pieces matched my digital designs very closely, with sharp text, strong color, clean lines, and a polished, professional look. Even the smaller details in the Nutrition Facts panel and bilingual sections came out crisp and easy to read, which was especially important for this project. I was really impressed by how well the large poster preserved the layout and clarity of the original design. Overall, high-quality printing and a final product I’d gladly recommend.”

“I love HighStarr. I go there to have all manner of things printed: sewing patterns on giant A0 size paper, images on glossy cardstock for projects, landscape designs on large matte sheets. I even took them a whole vintage puzzle for copying. The people who work there are always friendly and helpful and they know how to do things--if I have digital files that need fidgeting before they're ready, or I don't know what the best size or layout is, they sort that out with me. I've always found the prices reasonable for what I need. Could I get things printed more cheaply somewhere else? I don't know, but I'm not interested in shopping around because I'd rather pay a little more to work with good people. HighStarr is 1000x better than going to any big chain or self-service copy place.”

“Robert & Kayla are outstanding employees. I am opening my own business and depend on them assisting with my marketing and shipping. Frequently I walk in with multiple returns. Robert always understands what I’m trying to accomplish and quickly executes the process efficiently with the an encouraging attitude. Today I had a massive return and I arrived disorganized and confused with how Amazon had grouped my items. Robert got straight to work organizing to efficiently and accurately prepare everything for shipping. I couldn’t have done it without him. Kayla designed my marketing road signs & even worked on her day off for a revision. I also created a pamphlet for marketing. When I brought it for printing I had not properly formatted the material. Robert worked very hard helping us fit our text into the templet. Robert even looked at what we had done and made important suggestions to help us meet our goal. Both Robert & Kayla touched base with us during our sign and pamphlet creation to ensure all our needs were met & our products were outstanding. I will never use online sites for mass production even if the rate is better because Robert is my point person and with him I know I’m in good hands. Kayla had heard my concern that I mentioned to my business partner about visibility of signs in the evening drive time. When I walked in the store to pick up pamphlets, she was there with suggested solutions. Even when not at work, Kayla is still working hard for ups costumers. Her desire to achieve success is evident throughout the process. Both are outstanding employees. I’ve had years working with Robert for our family shipping needs & now I don’t know what I’d do without him in my business needs. He never shows any frustration. I see him interact with many costumers who brought their stress into the store. Robert makes everyone feel heard and valued. He goes the extra mile in every situation maintains professionalism & bring positive energy into every situation.”

“I have been a customer, including mailbox service, since this UPS location opened - far too many years ago than I can recall. I have been through several owners, but I can say the current team is more helpful, accommodating and responsive than any in the past. I travel constantly and it is comforting to know that my mail and packages are well looked-after and ready for my next visit.”

“I’ve really enjoyed working with Melissa Komm and the team at My Marketing Matters. They’ve been incredibly professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Melissa always takes the time to answer my questions, explain different options, and help me find marketing pieces that actually fit my goals and budget instead of pushing unnecessary products. I also have to mention how wonderful the design team has been. They’re talented, receptive to feedback, and always have a quick turnaround time, which is huge in this industry. It makes the entire process feel smooth and efficient. What I appreciate most is that they genuinely care about the end result and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything comes together the right way. It’s hard to find companies that are both creative and reliable, and they’ve been both. I’m grateful to have them as part of my business and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality marketing support.”

“Recently, I had the opportunity to obtain services through Mr. Carlos of White Dot Services, and my experience was absolutely exceptional. From the first contact, Mr. Carlos was extremely professional and attentive to all my needs. He explained the features of each option in detail, helping me select the perfect product for my service needs. What impressed me most was the dedication and time that Señor Carlos invested in making sure I understood all aspects of the service, from the materials to the delivery of my product. I never felt pressured to make a hasty decision; On the contrary, Mr. Carlos made sure that I was completely satisfied with my choice before proceeding with the service.
