“PostNet is great. It’s my go to place dropping off package returns because it’s so easy to pull up, run inside and drop things off when I’m driving by. There is almost always parking right outside their door. If your package is already addressed, they grab it and scan it in even as they work with others so I’ve never had a long wait (unlike at the FedEx by Whole Foods where I swear dropping off packages takes 30 minutes). If I’m driving by during rush hour when you can’t park on Rt. 1, I’ll pull into the laundromat parking lot a few doors down. Technically you’re not supposed to, but I’m always in and out so fast I know I’ll be back at my car in a flash. The owner and other workers at PostNet are also very friendly, and added bonus when interacting with local business that are longstanding community members.”
“Chayla at Parcel Plus absolutely saved my day. I needed a same-day notary with no appointment and everyone else turned me away. She answered the phone, told me to come in, and notarized my documents quickly, professionally, and with the best attitude and a bunch of laughs. I am a busy mother and she was nothing but efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. I'd give her 10 stars if I could!”
“I live in Houston and had a package that needed collecting from just down the street from this UPS Store in Washington DC. I spoke with the manager (Janiya) who did me a HUGE favour and actually went down the street and collected the box during her off hours and then took it back to the store to affix my shipping label. Service like this is just so rare these days. Cannot say enough nice things here.”

“The staff there (the weekday guy especially, I think his name is David) is friendly and super helpful, and they are very efficient. It’s also really convenient to drop off my stuff in a bag with an address, then have them pack it up (really well) and send it without issue. The shop is always organized and clean too. That’s my go-to spot to ship anything domestically. ??”

“This location looks small from the outside, but actually has a pretty extensive inventory of office supplies and basic electronics. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Prices are about what you would expect - a bit high but not outrageous. They validate parking if you drive here as well.”
