Earlier that same day, my daughter and I had toured another apartment and were leaning toward it—but everything changed after we arrived here. The apartments themselves are beautiful, spotless, and have such a great atmosphere. The location is incredibly convenient—close to everything, including restaurants and the university—which makes it even more appealing. On top of that, the community offers a wide range of amenities that really elevate the living experience. Carol completely won us over. She gave an exceptional tour, spending plenty of time with us, really listening to what my daughter is looking for, and thoughtfully walking us through all the options. Her professionalism, polish, and genuine care stood out immediately—she made us feel informed, comfortable, and truly valued. Ryan helped us complete the paperwork online. He guided us through the application and leasing website with patience and clarity, making the process smooth and stress-free. “455 Eye is a great place to live! The building is beautiful, and all the staff are wonderful, from Ashli in the leasing office, to Z, Irvette, and Kim at the front desk. Ms. Kim was so kind when I was moving in and brought a bunch of my packages up to my unit, placing them right by my door for me. Legesse with the maintenance crew is fantastic. I had multiple maintenance requests early on, and Legesse came by very quickly each time and fixed the issues. Everyone I’ve encountered is friendly, and I’m very happy here.”

“Loved my time as a resident here. The area itself is ideal for those that want proximity in the areas served by the red line in Maryland or DC but also want a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is close to stores that are part of your day to day. The employees are also friendly, helpful, and will try to sort out any issues you may have as soon as possible. I really don't have any complaints and highly recommend people to give Wisconsin Place Apartments a chance.”

“We moved one of our adult children into 425 Mass in July ‘26 based on a video of the unit and a few phone calls & emails. I’m glad we did. The team here - maintenance & cleaners, front desk and leasing office are attentive, kind and watchful. All are real guest service stars. The building and unit look great. Only concern - the AI voice gatekeeper is the absolute worst implementation of AI that I’ve ever encountered. We almost leased elsewhere because of that. Once you get past it, the people on site make up for the ivory tower error.”

“My experience under Avenue 5 management at District DC was amazing. I lived in Alton District for almost 6 years. 4 were under Bozzuto. The last 2 were under Avenue 5. Alex and the rest of the team made my last 2 years in this building wonderful. Alex made so many amazing upgrades to the building and was always so accommodating to every need I had. I love this building and the team- Cece and Porshall are wonderful as well. I would have never moved out or changed buildings if I had not had to move back to NYC. This neighborhood and location is the best DC has to offer as well. Thanks for the fantastic experience!”

“I’m a current resident here at 1800 Oak Apartments. I’ve been a resident here for seventeen years. When you find something that works you stick with it. I absolutely love the dog park and grilling areas. The other residents make living here a happy home as well. There’s a concierge, Kendra who is awesome, if I can’t walk my dog she’ll help me and take him to the dog park. As I am disabled some days are harder than others. Many times my deliveries are left at concierge desk and she’ll kindly remind the driver this order was scheduled to be delivered at the front door. If I should have a package that’s enormously heavy Kendra will bring it up. I lost my vision several years back and Kendra had known but the beauty was whenever she saw me she said it’s Kendra on your right. She knew I didn’t see well anymore being legally blind. Fernando, Tee ( Assistant Manager), Ranolodo and Howa are all wonderful, professional, respectful individuals that know friendliness goes far and is best with professionalism. This is our home and it’s understood a kind smile and quick answered service requests help to be comfortable. Also, the residents are so kind. One resident gives all the dogs she runs into doggy treats. The building manager is so kindhearted. She’s very personable and intent on getting your needs met. The first time my dog met her he jump up all over her. That a huge sign to me, especially when he barks at everyone he doesn’t know. Faren is easy to talk to, she’s very friendly and she makes me smile. Anyone looking for a homie apartment where the residents will hold the elevator for you. Where you can walk your dog around the pet park, grill outside and use the fabulous gym and pool. Also, where the concierges and maintenances workers are so willing to offer there services in the kindest way. Please check out the beautiful apartments and wonderful amenities here at 1800 Oak Apartments. You won’t be disappointed!!!”

“Berkshire15 has been such an amazing place to live, and I’d recommend it to anyone. The units are beautiful - great appliances, wonderful light, and spacious layouts. I have also enjoyed grilling and hanging out on the beautiful rooftop. But the best part of all might be the staff - Owen, Jeremy, Gerry, Jacob, Jasmine, Dontrell and the rest of the team have made it such a welcoming place to live. Overall, the building is a great community, impeccably maintained, and in an unmatched location. I will miss living here and wouldn’t leave if I weren’t moving cities - it’s truly the best!!”

“First of all, the location is great. I enjoyed jogging every morning to the White House, the Capitol, and the Lincoln and Jefferson Memorials. There are many delicious restaurants and cafes nearby. This is the best location for sightseeing in Washington. It was a two-bedroom room, and one room had an independent bathroom and closet, so it was comfortable, and the other room had a wide bed and closet, so it was comfortable for four people to stay without being cramped. The living room was surprisingly spacious and the kitchen was perfect for cooking. (However, the knife was not very sharp.) I stayed for a week and enjoyed Washington to the fullest. I will definitely use it the next time I visit.”

They really go above and beyond to make the building feel comfortable, clean, safe, and inviting. In a world where so many apartments/landlords are out to get you, the management and staff here are a breath of fresh air. The building has a great charm to it - both inside and outside - and is in close proximity to parks, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportation. Hampton Courts is a really great place to live and I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking to move to the area!”

The location alone is incredible: about a 10-minute walk to the Metro, 5 minutes to the bus, one of the best parks in DC right outside your door, and great restaurants and bars all within walking distance. It honestly doesn’t get more convenient than this. But what really makes this place special is the management team. Janice is amazing, she's so warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring (she's like a second mom). Jef is incredibly professional, efficient, and always on top of everything, and Jose is always quick to help and fix anything you need. The apartments have beautiful views and tons of natural light, which makes such a difference. I’ve lived here almost 2 years, and I recently moved into another unit just so I could stay in the building—that says it all. So happy to call this place home!”
