“Been renting here for close to 10 years, sad Brandon left but happy atleast Mikes still there. Property cleanliness and customer service service has always been consistent with those 2. Would recommend, especially the climate controlled units, EZ pay, and insurance just in case. But whatever you get, it's still better than a lot of other places. Also most of the bad reviews on here are from or for Extra Spaces competitors, I only know because there's a small community of us here daily and they don't rent here. 2024 update the gate was broke for a few weeks, not the companies fault, but I wish the company they use for the gate would have fixed it sooner.”

It's Management like Ryan that makes renting a Self-Storage unit a JOY! He Understood my need and located another property that was actually closer to where we live, but had a better Market rate for the Same Size Unit! . . . Ryan SHOWED Care and Concern for the Everyday Customer! His facility was Spotless, Smelt Good and was In Order. It has been a Wonderful Experience ? . . . I called up the location and talked to the manager Terri and she was incredibly helpful and fast and efficient. I really appreciate her help and her due diligence and solving this matter.”

“Mr. Chiah Evans @ the Druid Park Dr. location in Baltimore was wonderful. He is very professional, pleasant and very knowledgeable about his job. At the end of August 2024, I was cleaning out my dad's unit, along with the other renters cleaning out theirs. It was very chaotic but Mr. Evans maintained his professionalism while helping me out with any questions or concerns I may have had as if we were the only one's there. Mr. Evans continued to provide the next customer with the same service he'd given to me. The staff also does their best to keep this facility clean.”

I have used them 3 times. I've always had a good experience. The previous company I used had a bad smell throughout the building. However extra space was clean and I never experienced odors . Im happy with the service I received. The staff is professional and helpful. I like being able to reach someone directly in the office as well .”

She was also responsive over phone, text, or email. The movers that came on site were very professional. With the logistical challenge this is moving to NYC, Orly was incredibly knowledgeable and understanding. Would highly recommend them to those looking for moving/storage services on the East Coast!”
