“We have been with Breezeline (MetroCast previously) for many years. We utilize the service for our expanded cable TV and our internet service. We are very pleased with the service provision overall in regards to reliability, customer service/support and functionality. A five star rating is withheld because of a very few interruptions and the lack of seeking customer input with periodic surveys regarding programming and internet services.”
“I upgraded my daughters phone(iPhone SE 3rd Gen) for myself(S24 Ultra)and gave her my phone (14ProMax) as an upgrade for her. Over the phone activation hit a snag. Has to go to the Avon location for assistance. Jeremy was the associate that fixed everything in about 10 minutes. My 11yo daughter was ecstatic.”
“I went in today to set up a new account for Internet at my apartment. I was immediately greeted at the door and set up to work with a representative once one was available. The store is extremely clean. I was then greeted by Destiny who couldn't have done a better job assisting me. She assessed what I needed and went through all the steps to make sure I had what I needed. She was super friendly, very conversational and was a pleasure to work with. I went home and set up my modem in a matter of minutes with zero issue. They also gave me a free charge stick which was a welcomed gesture. Perfect experience all around.”
