“Kevin saved me from having to work with Lori Designs in Wilbraham ,who did not honor my original agreement with her and was not at all professional. He completed my instillation and worked with me to ensure that everything was done properly. He educated me in terms of the proper measurements of the window treatments and was always available with my many phone calls. My experience with Kevin was the experience I should have had with Lori Designs. I am so thankful for Kevin, as he went out of his comfort zone to help me out. Not too many businesses would do that now. “I had a few gifts to purchase and purposely visited Pilgrim Candle. There was no shortage of gift variety. From candles, jewelry, ornaments, household decor, custom dips, beauty products, cards, and so much more. The owner was in and just so kind. Warm mulled cider was available and it was delicious! Price per item was very reasonable. You can opt for a meaningful gift at a very effective price. Gift bags were lovely as well. Parking is at no cost and on the side of the building.”

I should have initially gone to Yankee Mattress Factory. I received my bed a "Rockland" full size mattress. From buying to receiving my mattress I can only praise everyone in the process. “Of you like Polish pottery, or appreciate quality workmanship, you should check out Janelle Imports in Enfield. The selection is outstanding. You can get anything from dinnerware to dog bowls, to Christmas ornaments and cutting boards. The pottery is not inexpensive, but if you watch for sales, you can do well. The women that work in the store are just delightful. They are super knowledgeable and helpful.”

“I recently had to plan a funeral in East Longmeadow, MA but I live in Texas and could not travel to MA for the funeral. It was so important to me for the flowers I chose to represent my feelings. Michelle from Willow Bark Designs immediately understood my situation and listened to carefully to what I wanted the flowers to represent. When I saw photo of the floral arrangements Michelle made, I knew that she heard me and did over and above what I had described to her. In today's world, listening is so important - Michelle gets it - she knows what the flowers need to represent and she delivers. I would use Willow Bark Designs for any floral needs! “I really like Tractor Supply, and have bought a lot of stuff there, but my main concern is there lack of inventory. Multiple times I have gone there and the thing I wanted wasn't on the shelf. Especially lawn fertilizer and cat food. I've had to order online and do store pickup because they didn't have what I needed. Staff is pretty friendly, but can be hard to find if you have a question. It's the best at what it is, because few stores carry the items TSC does anymore. I recently started raising chickens and have been going here regularly for feed and pine shavings. Luckily, those two items have always been in stock.”

“I discovered Rt 202 Antiques after finding Sean's ad for a gorgeous solid wood sideboard on Craigslist. After a couple "just the facts" emails, it was a pleasure to meet Sean at the shop which is not far from where I live. I feel very fortunate to have found such a beautiful antique for the price that was quoted. He even delivered to my home for a small fee. This is a major reason I was even able to make the purchase, because I just don't have the a truck available to transport it myself. He has a lot of nice pieces. I'm looking forward to going back.”

“A friend of mine recommended this store and I am glad she did. I needed bowls and the great thing is that with Polish Pottery you mix and match the patterns. The store had an abundance of pieces to choose from. I ended up buying six bowls which turned out to be a welcome addition to the dinner table. They function as a soup, salad or pasta bowl. Just the right size. The store has some incredible merchandise and is definitely a place to keep in mind for gifts for any occasions including for yourself.”
