Pet Grooming

Doggy Stylin (D.S.G)
47 Macy St, AmesburyI’ve been going to DSG for years now and honestly can’t imagine taking my dog anywhere else. The girls treat each and every dog like their own with love and care. I’ve never once had a bad experience and my dogs been groomed by all of the groomers! Everyone is very professional and polite and they are more than willing to accommodate wants/needs within reason. Highly suggest giving them a shot if you haven’t yet !

Pet Care

Amesbury Animal Hospital: Marston Robert A DVM
230 Main St, AmesburyI have used this practice for 20 years. Dr. Smith and Dr. Bastien are very knowledgeable and professional. The Techs are wonderful as well. They all care about the animals they treat and make me feel like my pet is in good hands. I haven't had much interaction with the other vets in the practice.

Amesbury Animal Hospital
277 Elm St, AmesburyEvery time our puppy has had an appt everyone has been very nice. Our 11mo old puppy swallowed a sock yesterday and they had us bring him right in and took him in immediately and were so nice and kept us informed of what they were going to do. We were luckily in and out in less than half an hour and the fee was very reasonable.

Brewery Silvaticus
9 Water St, AmesburyTom and I have been going to Silvaticus since the beginning, and it has truly become an anchor of the Amesbury community. It’s one of those places where you can walk in and almost always run into some of your favorite people in town.
The beer has always been some of our absolute favorite, the service is consistently exceptional, and the atmosphere is exactly what makes downtown Amesbury so special.
We truly can’t say enough positive things about Silvaticus and what they’ve brought to our community over the years. We’re incredibly lucky to have a place like this right here in Amesbury!

Hodgie's Ice Cream
71 Haverhill Rd, AmesburyJack, a new neighbor from the West Coast, got his first Hodgie’s experience tonight. Before ordering, we made sure to properly brief him on the Massachusetts staple, building up the anticipation for what we promised would be a phenomenal ice cream experience.
About three minutes after getting his ice cream, Jack dropped it on the way to the bench. We went back and asked a staff member (Jason) for a knife to clean up the aftermath and salvage what we could.
Jason had other plans. Instead, he handed Jack a brand-new large ice cream in a cup, with a cone on top.
Great ice cream makes a local staple, but people like Jason make it an institution. Thanks, Jason, for taking care of the new guy and giving him the full Massachusetts experience. Hodgie’s gets it. 🍦

BareWolf Brewing
12 Oakland St, AmesburyThis was a very interesting place; it has different areas depending of what you want to do. Theres an area for live music, another where you can just sit and enjoy nice food and drinks. Billiards area, arcade games area, and just a bunch of fun spaces together. I will say its a place mostly for adults since it has that bar/brewery vibe.
