As a longtime Ipswich neighbor, I’ve driven by plenty of times but haven’t gone in before, and I’m so sorry I haven’t! Today I went in and was served by the amazing Jan, who made the entire experience so wonderful. The cafe was super busy, and frankly overwhelming for me (a millennial with social anxiety) but Jan kept her composure, and spent quality time with me, helping me decide what I would like. She recommended the spinach and avocado toast, which was to die for. She also made me what she said was her first cappuccino (you could have fooled me, not only was it delicious, but she made a butterfly in the foam on top)! I will absolutely be coming back again and again, thanks to Jan making me feel right at home and comfortable. Kudos to the team at Heart and Soul, and especially Jan, who is a true gem of Ipswich
