I had lost all hope in finding good customer service in Massachusetts. Spent three days eating, and visiting several establishments. Most of which had absolutely NO hospitality standards!
Heart and Soul sets itself apart by a mile. The staff greet you, and seat you. The talk to you, like for real talk to you. Everyone from the host, the servers, and the owners themselves all take pride in what they do.
The food wasn't unique, or exceptional, but it didn't try to be. It was just a really good classic breakfast of eggs hash and sausage. Exactly what I wanted in a place I wanted to be in, around people who seemed genuinely happy.
If you happen to be in town, and are disappointed by the other places, do yourself a favor and stop in Heart and Soul Cafe. You're guaranteed a smile before you leave!
