The hospital does charge first time clients a non refundable deposit to secure the appointment however, that is credited towards the first visit. Totally understandable! All of my animals have been treated with gentleness and with great detail. Dr. DiBoot strives to ensure each animal is healthy and comfortable. She is one of the most compassionate vets I have met. If you want a family feeling practice, this is it.

108 Newburyport Turnpike, RowleyDr. Callahan truly cares for all of his patients. My cat, Jaxon, is just over 1 year old, and he suddenly got ill, and I didn’t know why. Dr. Callahan and his staff have been so amazing, kind, and patient with me through this whole situation. They have all gone above and beyond for Jaxon. They show so much care and love for both him and I. When your fur baby is sick, it can be very scary. Not once did anyone make me feel I was being annoying or like a bother, even though I called a few times a day to check on him. Thank you, Dr. Callahan and staff! You are all truly amazing! Jaxon is feeling so much better today, and I’m very grateful I chose you to care for my fur baby.

She loves her time there and pulls on her leash to get to the door every time. Kim and her staff are fantastic with the dogs, kind and knowledgeable. Superb facility.

Fit N Trim Dog Training
108 Newburyport Turnpike, RowleyI currently take 2 classes at fit n trim with my 3 year old German shepherd. I’ve had Jess, Diane, and Bunny as my instructors so far. All 3 of them while individuals of course are all similar in the way that they have truly fantastic teaching styles, knowledge and are so kind/patient. I’ve never done group classes before, but the atmosphere is welcoming and fun! They truly care about the wellbeing of the dogs and try to be as flexible as possible in terms of making sure each dog is comfortable during class. I hope to be able to continue classes in the future there and am so grateful to be near such an outstanding facility!

The Mexican (spicy) chocolate is no joke- good hit of cayenne. Don’t sleep on this place - it’s some of the best in all of New England!
