“Prices increased A LOT from online prices. Well over a 100% increase. But the place is clean, cool, and has plenty of rolling platforms for all your stuff. Gate failed once on a Saturday night and they actually came and fixed the issue on Sunday which is normally when the office is closed. Greatly appreciated.”

However, as luck would have it that move didn't work out and I found myself needing a storage unit again. Anyway, long story short they have been excellent, very welcoming and accommodating. They are easy to work with and always very professional. I would recommend them if you're looking for a storage facility.”

During that time, we’ve done all kinds of moves - mini, local, multi-day large scale, interstate and international.Olympia is my go-to moving company for a lot of reasons:1) The crews are excellent and they are committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure the client is satisfied. There are too many people to name here, but some of my favorite crew leads are Rawn, Andrei T, Carlos, Bob, Andrei R, Branislav, and Marius.2) Estimates are fair, thorough and transparent (I love Eddie in sales).3) They also have fantastic move coordinators who will make sure all of the details are buttoned up and check in with you along the way.4) Everyone behind the scenes at the warehouses, in operations, finance/billing and other back office operations are a pleasure to work with as well. Their storage facilities are large, clean, and efficiently run.5) When something doesn’t go according to plan (let’s face it, it happens occasionally), Olympia does everything they can to make it right. And we learn from these experiences and make ourselves even better.”
