“Drove in to reserve a storage unit in person. Dan was super helpful from the start, locked up his office to show me the units in person and made sure I knew all my options. The process of retrieving a code to the facility and access to the unit from the unloading zone couldn’t have been easier. We’re super happy this is available, also right across the street from UHaul where we rented a truck to haul our items. “I recently moved from Andover, MA to Peabody, MA to Dedham, MA. I had a storage unit in Salem, NH while living in Andover, MA but moved out when I moved to Peabody thinking I no longer needed it. However, as luck would have it that move didn't work out and I found myself needing a storage unit again. Anyway, long story short they have been excellent, very welcoming and accommodating. They are easy to work with and always very professional. I would recommend them if you're looking for a storage facility.”
