“The workers there are amazing they really care and really work with your needs and anyway to make things easy. I have had many types of banks living in different cities and towns and not one bank did I like or get along untill this one came along. It's the first bank that really does care and protect you against any possible issue and keeps u up to date and really does work with yah they are so incredable. I walk in always feeling welcomed and feeling that they really are happy to see me plus no other bank ever ask my updated on how my life is and how I'm doing and if there's anything they can do to help make things easier or less complicated to just ask and they'll help. Truely this bank is amazing Julie, Barbra everyone else that works there. I really do love this bank and I totally ?% recommend this bank for anyone who wants the real deal great people protection and someone always watching out for you your money and to make things easier for you if they can. I have lots of bad days but when I walk in I walk out with a smile telling myself you know there are right things will work out in the end and not to give up . “I found this bank while sitting in traffic returning from a frustrating visit at Bank of America. I wasted two days and spoke with 6 different people at BofA and none of them could open the kind of account I needed which was a simple savings account for a 10 year old separate from my own accounts. They wouldn't do it because I am not his parent or guardian but a great Aunt. I called Webster and they immediately told me the kind of account I needed and the next morning in a very tight schedule they opened up the account made sure I had online access to it (I live out of state) and I was off and running. If Webster Bank was in my hometown I would be clearing out all my accounts from BofA!”

“This neighborhood location is Dedham Savings flagship location! The trusting, bright, friendly personal customer service helps me to feel welcome and part of the banking community, the personal customer service is refreshing and priceless. The bank is always decorated inside nicely and it shows the team in place love working together. I wish the bank could work with owners of property and other businesses located in the plaza to form a business association to get the small patch of earth outside the banks entrance seasonally planted along with more attractive planters to spruce up plaza. The owners maintenance company needs to review their schedule for cleaning as the litter is an eyesore. 4/27/24 9AM -11AM is the Mother Brook Community Group clean up which has been taking place for over ten years and it would only be beneficial to have the outside of the bank and its’ neighboring businesses standing out and shining like the staff of the East Dedham branch Dedham Savings bank. Thank you for all your services and commitment to your customers and our town.”

I would like to leave a positive review about the bank employee Ericely Lugo.When I opened a checking account and another day I had an issue with my online account an agent Ericely Lugo dealt with my issue. She is wonderful, responsive, the question was handled at the highest level: everything was prompt, detailed consultation, she definitely knows her job at the highest level. It was very pleasant to communicate during the preparation of all documents. After completion, there were no questions left. If I ever need to apply for a loan, I will definitely contact Ericely Lugo.”

“The newest and most "modern" bank of the 21st century. Not surprisingly, Citizens Bank has opened a brand new, modern bank in Legacy Place, which is sponsored by Citizens Bank and has signs all over for Citizens. I even believe the entire top level of the Legacy Place buildings is all offices for them... not completely sure though. Anyway, the retail bank is located across from the entrance of Whole Foods and next to the former City Sports and upcoming Amazon Bookstore. The bank is open longer than EVERY other Citizens Bank that is not located in a grocery store with the hours being 7 days a week! Monday-Wednesday 9-5, Thursday 9-6, Friday 9-7, Saturday 10-3, Sunday 11-3. While it is unable to provide drive thru service (the other Citizens in Dedham Square has a drive thru, that I also enjoy and use often), they have a lovely and welcoming atmosphere inside with lots of fancy furniture. Lovely for a bank and much better in comparison to other Citizens that are old and out of style. This is the futuristic look on banks in general. Tellers are friendly, service is fast, efficient and helpful, and they always have a huge bin of lollipops... the best thing about Citizens Bank! Not often that busy, and rarely a line. One of the two best Citizens Bank..... both of which are in Dedham. 5 stars.”
“I've had nothing but good experiences at Rockland Trust alone and with my family - mostly the branches in the ****** area and ********. The Summer ******* program earning money for books read has been a great good habit builder for my kids. Citizen discontinued a program (that was less generous, anyway). As far as I know, only Rockland offers one . We have savings and checking accounts, and the kids even bought their first CDs this year (they were very proud). Opening a CD for an adult is a lot different than opening one for a child asking 25 questions about banking, and our rep was very patient and answered them, even showing brochures that covered some questions.My only con is the *** fee for out of network. I almost never use an ***, but on vacation, I may not be in network, so I wish they would give say, 5 free transactions a year for a customer in good standing.A lot of the reviews seem to be people disappointed at handling of bank acquisition, overdraft, fraud, and security protocols. I have not had to deal with any of these scenarios, so can't speak to them as opposed to other financial institution handling of same said situations.”
