I have very difficult veins, and it usually takes multiple attempts and sometimes multiple phlebotomists to successfully draw blood. But Wafa is truly exceptional. Last week, she got it on the very first try with absolutely no pain.
Today was another example of her skill. One phlebotomist was unable to draw my blood and had to pass it on. When Wafa stepped in, she again got it on the first attempt, it was quick, smooth, and completely painless.
Her expertise, confidence, and gentle approach make such a difference for patients like me. I’m incredibly grateful and hope she gets the recognition she deserves!”

“Here is another great experience with Pooja P. She is excellent at what she does and she makes it easy for it to be done. If I was anyone who want to get there blood draw and draw with a good phlebotomist she is the person to go too. She has the heart for her work and cares about everything she does and for the people who come to see her to get there medical blood work done for there health. Anyone who need a great blood drawn in Waltham or in Massachusetts in general I would recommended this awesome person that gives it her all to be great to patient everyday. “Recently required a heart monitor. Was recommended my major boston hospital that first call was a family run business and was very trustworthy. After picking up the First Call . Sandra from their office called and said already used one in six month insurance covered monitor. I wanted to use them instead of I Rhythm. Which btw has a F rating with BBB .
