“I contacted a ton of classic car garages in MA before settling on Coachworks. As a female owner of a 66 mustang, I have been treated extremely poorly by some of my male counterparts in the classic car community. Jim stood out to me immediately after our first phone call because he was extremely kind, wasn't condescending and took the time to discuss my car issues and what I had tried. I did not receive this high caliber of kindness and respect from any other shop I called and that is why I chose him to work on my car. I would highly recommend him to anyone else just based off of his customer service alone and his work is awesome as well.”

“Amazing service! I'm from out of state and my car decided that it was not as ready for vacation as I was. When everyone else was too busy to do anything, I was told to come on by. And in the matter of minutes I had a solution to my problem. They also went the extra mile to call around for the needed part. I was truly taken back by how friendly and willing to help they were! Would 100% recommend!”
“Called in a panic because my ABS light went on suddenly then went off in my Prius. The shop owner was so nice and let me come right over. He was clearly busy but inspected my car and said it was a just computer malfunction. He insisted and put air in all my tires. When I asked about the charge he said “none”. He would not take any money. My friend has had a similar experience. I did sneak and leave a $20 with the young man at the desk.”

“My daughter’s car died in the parking lot across the street, 10 minutes before they closed. I spoke to Bill on the phone and told him that my daughter was stranded across the street. he told me not to worry about it, that he would take care of her. He walked across to her car, and jumped the battery. He was able to get her home to me safely. Somehow I could tell he was a dad too.”
