Patagonia is an outdoor product store located on Newbury Street in Boston's historic Back Bay. It has been in the same building since 1988, in a prime shopping zone. The store offers outdoor clothing, mountaineering clothing, mountaineering products, and bag accessories for the whole family. It carries a nice assortment of quality Patagonia outdoor clothing and gear, with a sports emphasis on skiing and boarding during the winter, and hiking, running, and beaching it in summer. The products are made of functional materials, with good quality and beautiful cuts. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind, with every employee providing amazing service. They are known for standing by their products, offering repairs on the spot without hesitation and even swapping out very old items. This excellent service makes good business sense, encouraging customer loyalty. The store is well worth a visit for its quality products and exceptional customer care.

Costumer service was excellent for a repair I walked in with. Highly recommend Patagonia and their jackets. My jacket was 6 years old and is now as good as new.

Almost all staff here are so sweet except the crabby mean guy upstairs. He was one of the rudest people I met all my life. Apart from that the rest of the staff is so sweet!
