My dad, 92, needed some clarification with his account. We scheduled an appointment with Armine and upon arrival did not have to wait a second to get seated at the office. Actually, she was waiting for us in the hallway. If you are using BoA, I highly recommend this location due to its irreplaceable workforce.”

From Carolyn to Terri to Jamie to the prior manager Joshua Hazell and another half dozen I know I am missing, they treat me with both professionalism and a smile on their faces. “Sunday night I went to the drive up atm to deposit a large amount of cash. Of course I shoved too many bills in. It kept my money. And did not verify the deposit. I panicked. The banks are closed on sundays. I went in early Monday morning. Freaking out a bit. I learned the drive up atm is handled by an outside company. More panic set in. I needed to deposit that money immediately. They don’t come out until Tuesday for that atm. But. Within an hour. The company had come out. I got a call from citizens. They deposited my money. And I didn’t have to leave my house again. Couldn’t be happier.”
