There was an issue with our room which we realised upon check-in but it was resolved well by the staff. Sophia in particular was very helpful.

Right in the North End, minutes to fabulous restaurants, right on the water, great location! Beautiful rooms, comfy beds, expensive and they will nickel and dime you for everything, so be prepared.
