330 Newbury St, Boston“I’m in Sydney Australia. Found Bauer Wine and Spirits online when I was looking for a Boston retailer to send a gift to a Boston friend for her wedding. Service was great: communicated with me to confirm details and the delivery was made quickly.”
10AM - 7PM
173 North St, Boston“Super friendly and knowledgeable staff in the cutest shop. They sell a huge variety of wines, some mixers, and a few other items like chocolates. A must if you like wine and supporting small business.”
“I like these guys, they're a neat corner store with a chill vibe and the prices aren't bad at all. Their credit card terminal isn't always working so bring cash instead. Great beer & wine selection, fun staff, and best of all they are in the middle of Myrtle which makes it accessible from all 3 directions. The thing about living in Beacon Hill is that the hilly topography makes you limited in how fast you can reach surrounding stores, meaning it's a walk and a bit to get stuff. Hence the popularity of this corner market.”
“Great wine selection and always something new to try. Ask the staff as they are super knowledgeable and helpful. You’ll find lots of small growers and uncommon vineyards with peoples favorites too.”
“I haven't been there for years but went this afternoon and it was a great surprise. They have so many wonderful items that we found lots of things to get for holiday gifts. Unusual jams, locally made chocolates, my friend's favorite anchovies, great crackers and even some rose. The owner and his staff were very nice too. This place is a wonderful find and a well kept secret. Let's change that. It's nice to have a little store like this in the neighborhood when all of the mega stores are everywhere. Let's support it so it stays around. Boston's needs special places like this.”
“Love this place on Beacon Hill, awesome selection of reasonably priced wines and the staff is very helpful in recommending something new to try. Never even heard of "Albarino" from Spain and now it is my favorite summer white. The craft beer selection is great also, definitely worth a stop when you are thirsty.”
“I bought a bottle of wine and it was too expensive, the price was right, the cashier was professional the store wasn't crowded and the store was cleaned and the music was so pleasant”
11AM - 10PM
899 Congress St, Boston“When it comes to celebrating special moments, finding the perfect wine to commemorate the occasion can be a daunting task. However, my recent experience with Corossol Wines has been nothing short of fantastic, as they went above and beyond to make my parent's upcoming 35th wedding anniversary unforgettable by helping my find a 1988 vintage, the year of my parent's wedding. Their dedication to helping me find the ideal bottle for my parents' milestone celebration is a testament to their commitment to excellence!”
11AM - 7PM
105 Broad St, Boston“Hands down best wine shop in Boston. The customer service is an 11/10. They go out of their way to teach you about the wines and recommend bottles you will love but otherwise never would have known about.”
8AM - 10PM
655 VFW Pkwy, Chestnut Hill“Some really great prices on scotch. They have a sign at the entrance stating "We will not raise our prices to match Total Wine & More". I thought it was funny but didn't think it was actually true. How wrong I was. I will definitely come back again to shop for spirits. Staff working at Gary's were very helpful and friendly.”
12 - 9PM
352 Hanover St, Boston“Can good food, good service, and good value all be had in the North End under one roof? Locale proves that you can. This is one of my go-to spots. The pizza is delicious, and the alcohol selections are pretty good too. I'd suggest pizza margarita. It's a bit crowded, but it's well-lit and not uncomfortable. Service is friendly and quick, and compared to many other North End restaurants the prices are exceptional. For two people, you can get a good dinner, drinks, and cover the tip for $50 or less, a rarity for the North End!”
10AM - 11PM
81 Hancock St, Dorchester“The staff and management are amazing and they are always helpful! It's one of the best liquor stores I've been to around the area. I will definitely be coming back!”
10AM - 9PM
303 Columbus Ave, Boston“This shop is very clean and pleasant, with a wide variety of unique wines I haven't seen anywhere else. However, although I know that the specific organization of the shop by "weight" of wine is the intended feature, it's not super helpful for finding specific bottles yourself. Fortunately, the employees were friendly and helpful, so asking wasn't a real chore.Overall, a great place to find something new and different! As an aside: another reviewer mentioned the stickers on the bottle - but the employee at the register peeled them off for me at checkout before I'd even noticed they were there! So perhaps someone just forgot in his case. And it looked very easy to peel them off anyway, so not a big deal in my book.”
“I've been here a couple times to pick up alcohol. The place is pretty small but they have a great selection, and their prices seem fair too. The employees are all really nice and helpful as well!”
9AM - 10PM
563 Columbus Ave # 1, Boston“Great store. Great customer service. Vinny who runs the store is the best and super friendly. Always helpful and he is very knowledgeable helping you pick out certain beer or wine.”

“Great VIBES! Amazing music choices for the night. Joe and Pete have been absolutely amazing. Our first time in and it won’t be our last! A must go to spot if you’re ever in the area.”
“You can really goto any liquor/wine/beer store and have your needs met...but this place seperates with chill staff, a house cat that will never ackowledge you and wine tastings. Thanks for being there.”
6AM - 10PM
165 D St, Boston“This was my first visit but I’m sure I’ll be back. I had a nice chat with Greg, who was super helpful, and found an interesting new amaro to try. They have the best selection of amaro that I’ve seen.”
9:30AM - 11PM
210 Cambridge St, Boston“Vansh is one of the nicest people I've ever met, and the staff is really helpful and kind. This is a terrific store. offers a superb assortment of wines and IPAs at extremely decent and affordable pricing when compared to other Beacon Hill retailers.”
“I pop in to buy some scratch tickets from time to time. No complaints. Owner even cashed me out of a $500 winning ticket just before he closed one time. I appreciate that since some store owners HATE cashing out big winners sometimes. Cool little store across from Forest Hills Station lower busway if you need to buy something while waiting for your bus to leave.”
“Well I do love alcohol but I'm an alcoholic and I walk by it a lot they are the cheapest but I'm 6months sober so that's where I would go if I was still drinking”
“So impressed by their customer service - I reached out through their Google chat function asking if they had a particular type of beer in stock and had a reply within 10 minutes. The employee replying was out of town but got in touch with his colleague to check for me. Really blown away by how friendly, warm and responsive they are!”
