“Frustrated, I googled the closest store to my hotel and hoped Google Maps would get me there with no service or WiFi. I had been without service for days due to traveling. Glen spent an hour helping me restore service to my phone after the glitch that sent people’s phones into SOS mode. My phone didn’t recover on its own so I had to visit a store while traveling. Glen kept me engaged, entertained and handled talking to tech support. He even gave me kudos for trying the things they normally do to reset a SIM card on my own. Although neither of the two tech support agents were able to help, Glen eventually figured it out on his own and finally got me on my way. Thank you again Glen!”
“All I can say is WOW. My mom severely cracked her iPhone screen to the point where her Face ID wouldn't even work anymore. We were on our way to the Apple Store to buy her a new one when I informed her that getting her screen replaced would be significantly cheaper. She was hesitant, but I convinced her to stop by TurtleScreen near her house after seeing great news articles about it online. We came in at 6:15PM just to inquire about pricing and their hours - thinking they wouldn't be able to do a same day repair given they close at 7PM. However, they squeezed us in as soon as we came through the doors and by 6:45PM my mom had a brand new phone screen! She's so happy with how her phone looks and we were extremely impressed by the professionalism of the folks working at TurtleScreen qnd their efficiency. The prices are very reasonable for what you get and my mom ended up saving hundreds of dollars compared to getting a new phone! Can't recommend these guys enough!”

“Pan Pan is the absolute best, he helped me set up a brand new phone when the motherboard to my old one got fried (10 minutes before he was supposed to close the shop. He stayed open just to help.) He got me a brand new phone with a fresh screen protector that was able to integrate with my current network, LIFE SAVER.
I came back because the customer service was excellent and they helped me integrate all my apps into a new computer for similar price. Helped me maintain internal parts of my job twice at last minutes notice. Hands down 11/10. I’d spend the time to come downtown anytime than waste it at Target or Walmart.”
