“I had a cracked screen on an S23 Ultra and took it to a third party Verizon store. The service at Verizon (Southie) was terrible. I then decided to try TurtleScreen and was shocked by how easy it was to repair my phone. The TurtleScreen owner also helped me solve a problem caused by Verizon. He knew right away what the problem was (e-sim and regular Sim card) and the problem was solved in two minutes. A broken phone can create a high anxiety situation. TurtleScreen knew what to do and saved me a bunch of money and frustration in the process. Highly recommend.”

“All I can say is WOW. My mom severely cracked her iPhone screen to the point where her Face ID wouldn't even work anymore. We were on our way to the Apple Store to buy her a new one when I informed her that getting her screen replaced would be significantly cheaper. She was hesitant, but I convinced her to stop by TurtleScreen near her house after seeing great news articles about it online. We came in at 6:15PM just to inquire about pricing and their hours - thinking they wouldn't be able to do a same day repair given they close at 7PM. However, they squeezed us in as soon as we came through the doors and by 6:45PM my mom had a brand new phone screen! She's so happy with how her phone looks and we were extremely impressed by the professionalism of the folks working at TurtleScreen qnd their efficiency. The prices are very reasonable for what you get and my mom ended up saving hundreds of dollars compared to getting a new phone! Can't recommend these guys enough!”

“This is the store (it's a small booth in the food court) that I came across when I arrived in America and thought, ``I wish I could just use Google Maps.'' I bought a small smartphone (Alcatel PIXI ECLIPSE) for $30. If I remember correctly, I signed up for a 5GB plan for about $8 a week (total cost was about $38 in cash, no credit was required). Although he looked tough, he was actually a good person. (They also opened the line for me. Of course, I tipped them $5, but...) It seems like it's a bit of a private business, and it's rough, so it might be easier to go to a major T-Mobile or AT&T shop and sign a contract.”

“Frustrated, I googled the closest store to my hotel and hoped Google Maps would get me there with no service or WiFi. I had been without service for days due to traveling. Glen spent an hour helping me restore service to my phone after the glitch that sent people’s phones into SOS mode. My phone didn’t recover on its own so I had to visit a store while traveling. Glen kept me engaged, entertained and handled talking to tech support. He even gave me kudos for trying the things they normally do to reset a SIM card on my own. Although neither of the two tech support agents were able to help, Glen eventually figured it out on his own and finally got me on my way. Thank you again Glen!”
