I ordered an item from online for an in store pickup and misread the email stating it was ready for pickup. Julia and her team were super accommodating and turned a bad week a little brighter. The orders team at Saks Boston are assists to the company. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!

I had a great experience at the saks fifth ave store yesterday in Boston. The sales women in the gucci dept was very helpful. I bought a silk scarf there. I also went to the perfume dept and the sales woman was helpful there and I bought a Clive Christian perfume. Will be back
