I walked in last week to the store at Copley. I’m not the clientele at all. Guy named Rob came over to help. Dude was so down to Earth and helpful and informative. I’m going to buy your product because of this guys attitude. And also your clothes are nice as hell. Give that man a raise.

Sam at the Coply store was extremely helpful and efficient. I had issues with the website consistently rejecting my CC card input, although it was correct. I called the 1800 number for assistance and was directed to the Copley store.Just an excellent customer service experience.
