U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer offers truck rentals, trailers, cargo vans, and pickup trucks for local and one-way moves. Customers can also access moving supplies, shipping boxes, and reserve U-Box containers online. While some experiences highlight the friendly and helpful staff, such as Justin, others mention challenges like lengthy verification processes that delayed pickup. The pick-up process may lack a polished appearance, but the service is generally excellent and staff are open to answering questions. Returning vehicles is straightforward, even after hours, by using the app and leaving keys in the designated box. Overall, U-Haul provides convenient moving solutions with friendly service, though some improvements in the verification process could enhance the experience.
Justin was very friendly, professional and efficient. Great experience and would definitely recommend Muffler Mart.

Muffler Mart is a super friendly and helpful center. All the staff, and especially the manager Justin, are professional, helpful, and very nice. I would highly recommend all my friends in JP to consider this location for their U-Haul rentals.
