“Unfortunately, our car broke down in Shawsheen on a quick visit from Montreal, Quebec but I'm so thankful that it happened near The Shawsheen Sunoco Ultra Service Center. We couldn't have had a better team taking care of us. We were definitely panicking as we had work and school to get back to. AAA brought our car to The Shawsheen Sunoco Ultra Service Center and they were so helpful. They calmly assessed the situation, managed our panic nicely and agreed to work on the car the following day. They stayed in touch throughout the day, keeping us up to date. They made sure that we were safely on our way to drive the many hours home. They were reasonable and clear about the work that had to be done. We are really grateful our car broke down where it did!”

“I am a big fan of the rewards program. I get 10 cents off for every 50 gallons. By using the debit option I save either 20 cents or 10 cents depending on the current promotion. They run contests from time to time and I have gotten more cents off .”

I dropped the car off to be fixed when i should have just waited until after Christmas. I screwed up with planning and needed it back right away. They did a hard job really fast and were nice to me even though they shouldn’t have been.”

“Fantastic experience. My mom’s car broke down across the street and Spiro’s came to her rescue. They immediately figured out it was a failed alternator and noted that it needed an exhaust repair but didn’t push a bunch of extra services on her. After a few days the new alternator was glitchy so when I called Billy he said it’s possible the new alternator was bad and offered to replace it again free of charge. The fact that it didn’t turn into a struggle was refreshing and I can tell he really knows how to troubleshoot cars. His prices were very fair as I had him do three additional items while there. I really had a good experience and I’d highly recommend him.

“A mouse or squirrel chewed a wire under my hood and took out my O2 sensor. My usual garage couldn’t do it because it’s an Audi, so they sent me to this BP. Ray got me in the very next morning and they had it fixed the same day. Price was fair and the final total actually came in a little lower than the quote. Super easy to deal with — I’ll be back.”

“I called to get an inspection at about 4pm, mind you they close at 430. 2 days left in the month, the owner answered, says there were probably 5 cars ahead of me. I said ok, I'll come tomorrow, he said to come down and see where we're at. I live about 6 minutes from there, if that. I showed up, walked in, he said inspection? I said yes, he said have a seat. Probably waited about 20-25 minutes. 3 more people called while I was there, he told them to come on down as well! That's customer service!”

He took extra time to scrub all the sides. he mentioned that it was baked on due to hot august sun so he allowed me to wash the car twice which was a world of difference.
