“I was so bummed when I woke up this morning and discovered that my phone wasn't turning on today, so I thought I'd stop by a Verizon store and see if they could help me get it back in action. Temesghen greeted me immediately so kindly, which right away changed my mindset. Within just a few minutes, he was able to perform a soft-reset and my phone was operational again. I am so grateful for his fast and friendly help! I would recommend this store and especially Temesghen for any of these services here. Thank you so much!! :D”
“I don’t usually write reviews. I have an old iPhone SE that I’ve had the screen replaced on at least 6 times and I’m on my 3rd battery. My former repair shop closed. I went here and the guy looked through his inventory and realized he didn’t have a screen so he took me to a kiosk by the escalators across from macys that they also run. The woman there replaced my screen and even put the privacy screen on for me and charged 10 dollars less than the last guy I went to who didn’t bother to clean the camera for me which was covered in broken glass and shmutz. I work construction and break my phone often, I appreciate people that are skilled at their job. This spot offers great work and customer service for a reasonable price.”

“After having had some unfavorable experiences at other AT&T locations, I was reluctant to go back into a store; however, Justin went above & beyond in assisting me with my service plan. I’ve found that many reps are not familiar with First Net, but these guys are great. 10/10 recommend to anyone who’s on First Net to come to this location for assistance.”
