“I went in today to set up a new account for Internet at my apartment. I was immediately greeted at the door and set up to work with a representative once one was available. The store is extremely clean. I was then greeted by Destiny who couldn't have done a better job assisting me. She assessed what I needed and went through all the steps to make sure I had what I needed. She was super friendly, very conversational and was a pleasure to work with. I went home and set up my modem in a matter of minutes with zero issue. They also gave me a free charge stick which was a welcomed gesture. Perfect experience all around.”
“Ben Antoine is a superstar! I left my company so I had to return my iPhone. We live in Maine and my wife went online and ordered an iPhone 17 from T-Mobile. I was in the Brockton area so I dropped into the T-Mobile at the Westgate Mall. I walked in and immediately Ben came up to me and said could I help you and I told him my situation he went in and saw that the purchase had not been completed and he completed it. He also walked my wife who was on speakerphone through the process and had me out of there in 15 minutes with a new phone. Ben is WHY we are with T-mobile! We were with Verizon and AT&T before and they pale in comparison concerning customer service. I also cut the cord at my Mom’s in Easton and converted her Verizon cell phone to T-Mobile as well as the T-Mobile Internet service.”
