“Wilkens was awesome! I went in cause I was having phone problems and even tho I don't go with the other phone I got my screen protector replaced (for feee) and then I asked him if he had any iPhone 14 cases and he showed me a couple. Something that made me realize it's worth 5 stars was, I mentioned too him that I work with oil and I was worried my phone charging port was in jeopardy and he went out of his way to grab me 3 cases 1 was a regular hard shell case another was the same but clear but the last was an otter box with port protectors and he showed me the benefits of all of them. I eventually went with the 1st case (it was cheaper, I'm ballin on a budget) and he put on the new screen protector for me then the case and he was super helpful!”
“I walked in right when they opened because my phone was having an issue with it's SIM card and Jerel was so helpful. It took about 20 minutes but he was able to fix the issue. Great experience!”

“I went to the cricket wireless store at the Westgate Mall in Brockton to add a new service to a separate phone. When I left , I realized that the phone that I had brought in was locked and not receiving
or making outgoing calls. I went back inside and spoke with Eli, who may have been a manager . He was not only helpful but very knowledgeable about my situation! He took the time to figure out my issue and then helped me to select another phone, which I truly appreciated! Thank you Ely for all of your help and making " my day"!!!?”

I bought a new phone and the sales person, Rachel, is very knowledgeable about all of the phone specifics and it was nice to be informed, while being treated with amazing customer service. I have been with Metro for many years and have never had a problem with my service or the merchandise that I purchased, even as recently as today. I've dealt all of the experienced associates, including Derek, Steve, and Erica...and they have treated me with the upmost respect that I would expect from a brick and mortar store. “Walmart continues to employ electronic registers although now they have returned somewhat to having more human cashiers. Generally speaking the store appearance runs the gamut between neat and organized all the way down to a complete disaster. In heaven forbid you ask someone with something is they have to resort to a handheld inventory device for the information. Granted it's a big store but you should at least know where you work.”

“This was my second favorite Metro pcs to go to to pay my phone or replace broken phones when i lived in the area. No complaints. A few years ago i was short a few dollars when replacing a broken phone and the sales associate paid the difference. Out of pocket.”

Has to go to the Avon location for assistance. Jeremy was the associate that fixed everything in about 10 minutes. My 11yo daughter was ecstatic.”
