She went above and beyond reasonable expectations and was super patient the whole time. This is the type of person who not only deserves recognition but compensation for for the service she provides in-store. We are struggling and Tj Maxx is the place we can rely on for simple items at a reasonable price like Socks...I have bought them there and other items but today I notice several packs of socks increased. Its no longer worth purchasing. 6 pairs for 7.99 and literally a few weeks ago there were 10 packs for that price. Paleeeeeese keep those items at a deal. If yall need to increase anything, do so for purses and items that are not needed for daily living/work. Yall are all we got ? mercy!”

“Although I couldn't find the exact items I originally came in for, my experience at this CambridgeSide Galleria location was excellent. While browsing the fragrance section, I was immediately greeted by a wonderful sales associate who was stocking the area. After I smelled a couple of body oils, she asked if I was looking for a specific type of scent. When I explained that I was actually looking for a particular body scrub, she gladly directed me toward the body care section and let me know they might be out of stock if they weren't on the shelf. It is so rare nowadays to find associates who genuinely want to help, consult with you, and clearly enjoy their job, so her pleasant and attentive attitude really stood out.
The store was also very well-stocked. On my way out, I found an alternative sugar scrub that I loved, and the checkout process was just as positive. Highly recommend this location for its great service!”

I didn't give it a second thought I'm thinking he's out running errands with his dad or grandfather. No he was helping him to his car. “I’m a real customer with no conflict of interest that would bias this review. I try to pay attention to policies and be a rules follower so I typically do not have issues as a customer. However recently for the first time, I had an issue. I am grateful to this store for the excellent customer service that they provided me. They treated me kindly and were professional to talk to. I only discovered the existence of Five Below a few months ago so prior to this store saving the day for me and showing empathy for my unexpected issue which I unfortunately had to learn some harsh lessons about, I still had not explored all that Five Below offers. The store quickly resolving the issue made me want to shop Five Below more so I began exploring and came to discover that Five Below has the most adorable and useful trendy merchandise around and there is something for everyone of all ages!
Thanks to the Braintree store, I’ve been able to connect more with Five Below as a customer and I’m very excited to keep exploring Five Below further!”

“You can buy pants from 8$ to 35$ . Clothes and accessories are all affordable with good quality products. Boxes are much cheaper than home goods .It’s well organized .staffs are much kinder than downtown. It’s less busier than park st area.”
