Schwab can even introduce you to such a firm as they would then get a cut of the fees. For those who are inclined to do it themselves, Schwab's fees and services are extremely competitive. In fact, they no longer charge a commission on most stock trades, offer many no load mutual funds with low expense ratios and offer a huge selection of ETF's with very low expense ratios. I even have a checking account there and get reimbursed by Schwab monthly for all ATM fees that I incur.”
