“I bought my house 4 years ago. I priced out insurance with my current agent and Otis Brown. They were $70 a year cheaper and I felt a little guilty but changed agents to Otis Brown. Recently, I had a problem with a my exiting sewer pipe cracking. This will require about $5000 worth or work with the plumber and landscaper who has to dig up the patio the pipe runs thru. When the insurance adjuster came out this week he mentioned that the coverage I have includes some sort of rider that covers "service line coverage" It costs $35 a year and not all insurance companies offer it, it was not something I specifically asked for but because I went thru Otis Brown they put it on my policy and it's going to save me $5000 out of my pocket. I am SO grateful for them and their excellent service.”

Given the difficult insurance environment, the homeowner's policy we selected had the best level of coverage across all the carriers and agents we reached out to during our "shopping process."AJ was always available for a call to go over our questions, explain the policy in a very detailed and digestible way and was extremely kind.
