Way tooo slow. Why not have a separate counter for passports ? They hold up people wanting to send mail for hours. Also they never have international stamps.

super slow queue! 🙄 Why is there only one guy at the counter on a Saturday when everyone wants to run a lot of errands? That is such bad service, even though the man working there was very nice, patient and friendly
