“Chris demonstrated informative helpful knowledge in the selection process. Chris & Robin both worked diligently dealing with the delivery to my remote complicated house location, and followed through every step of the way creating a process as seamless as possible. They demonstrated customer service that went above and beyond. Thank you both vey much!”
“First visit to this store to find a pillow to better support my neck in light of nerve irritation caused by bad side-sleeping habits. Annie was so helpful and well informed, and helped me find an excellent fit which was also good value.”
“Had a great experience with Jon and Christina extremely helpful with getting us what we needed and not pushing us towards something we didn’t. Was a smooth and easy process and if we ever need another we know who we’ll ask for!!”
“The most pleasant shopping experience ever— literally everyone we encountered in the store checked in & asked if we needed anything, they were helpful answering questions, & truly just so pleasant to interact with. Marcia checked us out & was so sweet! The store we beautifully merchandised & soothing, I was overwhelmed with by the kindness & professionalism of everyone there”
