The person that waited on me was named Mingh & he was fabulous...totally patient & informative. I was in to see about my older phone & find out if I could change from my older provider (T Mobile) & change over to AT&T,...He showed me a newer model to concider... he never pressured me to get the new phone... I took a few minutes to think about the new phone & decided to go with the new phone. He was great, explained everthing I needed to know about the new phone. I'm sure anyone working at the Mall store is great, However I'm so glad I got Mingh...he's the best”
“Desperately went into T-Mobile in Burlington to change my service from AT&T, due to a technical issue on my line that AT&T, both in store and on the phone, could not fix for 3 days. Christian H. Spent about 30 minutes with my phone, and got my AT&T service back on. No pressure to switch or buy. Just an absolute solid effort at customer service! If I could start from scratch, I’d go to T-Mobile in a heartbeat. Ask for Christian!”
“Marco, a manager went above and beyond to fix a billing issue that had been going on for over a month. Talking to reps by phone sent me down many time consuming tear inducing wild goose chases. I learned from this experience, always go in store! The store reps like Marco are excellent! Very professional. Patiently talked to the billing department for 30 minutes to explain what the issue was. The in store experience even interacting with other associates is far superior to Verizon. Many thanks to Marco, the MVP who finally got my issue fixed once and for all so thay I finally have closure. I trust the in store reps but I cannot say the same regarding the phone reps.”
