“One name: Julia Locke. 85 middlesex turnpike #3020. That's the store you are going to want to go to if your reading this. Julia was the only wireless specialist working the day I came in. I had just had my S21 Ultra fixed around the corner, but they jacked up the Sim card reader and sent me to the at&t store around the corner. Julia was amazing. She worked on troubleshooting my phone while educating me during the process. Girl has a heart of gold, very professional, and a great personality. She got my phone back up and running after trying a few things. I appreciated her patience. I've seen associates give up after one or two tries, then try to sell you another phone. Julia, you are awesome, and I hope at&t and senior management understand what they have in you. You keep up the great work. You gave me a little more faith in AT&T.”

“Minh really helped me and my wife out by facilitating the process of switching from Mint to AT&T and my wife from prepaid to the family plan. I would suggest avoiding Natick Corporate Store and go to Burlington Mall instead because the reps and trainings is far superior at that location.”

“Brandon helped me in a nightmare situation with Verizon, and was able to verify my identity and unlock my phone number to be activated when Verizon Customer Service, Technical Support, and the Reading, MA corporate store all failed to do after literal hours spent attempting and trying over the course of 2 days. Brandon resolved the issue within minutes by simply verifying my identity using my state and federal IDs and was patient with how frustrated we were by the time he was working with us. I will still most likely be transferring service after this ordeal, but Brandon helped me at least reconsider remaining with Verizon now that I can access my own phone number and account again.”

“Marco, a manager went above and beyond to fix a billing issue that had been going on for over a month. Talking to reps by phone sent me down many time consuming tear inducing wild goose chases. I learned from this experience, always go in store! The store reps like Marco are excellent! Very professional. Patiently talked to the billing department for 30 minutes to explain what the issue was. The in store experience even interacting with other associates is far superior to Verizon. Many thanks to Marco, the MVP who finally got my issue fixed once and for all so thay I finally have closure. I trust the in store reps but I cannot say the same regarding the phone reps.”
