Excellent, knowledgeable staff. They take time and care to explain the products and how to best use, launder, etc all of the products. Good customer service can be hard to find these days, but not here. My daughter’s Patagonia coat had a broken zipper and the folks here fixed it while I waited. This is why we stick with quality brands. Thanks!

Really helpful! I moved from the west coast and needed help to prepare for the winter. All the staff were helpful and friendly, and in particular Jenny was very knowledgable and went out of her way to help me find the right fit for what I needed.
