The staff, which includes passionate and knowledgeable Harvard students, provides excellent service, with customers praising the helpfulness and expertise of employees like Jacob and Grace. While the store may not have the extensive range of the nearby Coop, it is the go-to destination for campus tour tickets and a unique shopping experience.
Had a wonderful time at The Harvard Shop — great selection of quality Harvard merchandise and a classic campus vibe. After shopping, we stopped at Tiffinwales for a meal, and it was amazing! Fresh, homestyle Indian food with rich, authentic flavors. Perfect shopping and dining combo in Cambridge!
