“Pricing is good for the city, but the design and support makes this place great. Docks are standard height, with plenty of room on Sycamore to make your turns. Lots of carts to help you move. A standard lock will fit the unit doors. Each unit has a light on a timer so you can see. 2nd floor options made easy with spacious freight elevator.”

“I was really lucky to get a small unit here to hold my things for a few months before I complete a big move. I've interacted with 4 different employees here and they have all been helpful. I always always forget how to use the freight elevator so each time an employee has had to show me what to do again. The lift has always worked the times I needed to use it.The big freight elevator made it really easy to move all my things into and out of the storage unit. I used a U-box to move my things out and had it parked for a short period of time just next to the lift.Closing my account was straightforward and hassle-free. Maria helped me open my account and she was the one who helped me close the account.If you need a (super) affordable basic option, this is perfect. Nope, it's not climate controlled and yes, the hours are "limited". If you're not having to constantly get into your storage unit I can't imagine the hours being a big issue.”
