We think he is an author, because he wrote the book on customer service. He called us back multiple times like he said he would, he called another facility to check on available units while keeping me on the line, and he stayed with us on the phone until emails were received confirming our unit was going to be move in ready tomorrow. How do we nominate Rick for employee of the month?”
